Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the "espresso beans" you're talking about are espresso roasted coffee beans, so no they are not different things you can just as well make drip coffee with the espresso roast, it's just that you would get toastier flavor profile. And also espresso isn't always made with the espresso roast, they usually go a tone lighter.

+tilky making espresso with a bialetti makes the coffee more watery than making it using an espresso machine, which makes a thicker, creamier beverage. I thnik that is the difference between crema and simple espresso... ps: I'm 100% Italian ;)
After not including condensed milk in the halo halo and saying "espresso beans" are different than regular coffee beans I can't help but think the research for these drinks is very half-assed and would recommend that after watching these pretty videos, people should do some googling and find real recipes for the drinks.

When you're making whipped cream, if you start with really cold cream it'll be a lot easier and faster to get the texture you want.
