Hurricane Idalia vs THE BEASTY TREES OF OUR FOREST!

During Hurricane Idalia's impact on Cedar Key, the storm surge resulted in extensive damage. Our 10-acre forested homestead, situated approximately 12 miles from the Gulf in a relatively elevated area, was also affected. We captured a video of what it was like at our location during the closest approach of Hurricane Idalia.
