There is no black market on selling guns it’s called a personal transfer and yeah it’s actually a law passed in 1986 and last heard laws cannot be superseded by rules and bureaucrats cannot write laws. How is it unconstitutional? Gun control, to some extent, is 100% necessary for any society. Or do you propose that an 8-year-old should be able to buy a gun at 7-11?
@@KMI2 It wasn't that long ago when that was the case, and we were honestly better off back then. School shootings were almost non existent, and kids regularly brought guns to school. Trying to restrict arms is a sign of a dying society imo...

Rule does not mean its a law
Violation of the 2nd and 5th Amendments. Private property is private property and the SCA Safer Communities Act is in violation of the 5th. The ATF has no Constitutional authority to make law, and this rule as well as the SCA is invalid under Article VI paragraph 2 since it is contrary to the US Constitution specifically the Bill of Rights. This unlawful abomination will result in the bloodshed of many more Ruby Ridges and Waco sieges if they are stupid enough to pursue it. Let the lawsuits and gunfights begin. Congress cannot pass law in violation of Article VI paragraph 2 or that law is invalid and it will have to be invalidated in court under these grounds. Otherwise kiss your private property rights and gun rights goodbye. The damage is already done and only the courts can fix it.

Actual law says biden and atf cannot do this. Read the exemption in 18 USC § 921(a)(21)
(C) as applied to a dealer in firearms, as defined in section 921(a)(11)(A), a person who devotes time, attention, and labor to dealing in firearms as a regular course of trade or business to predominantly earn a profit through the repetitive purchase and resale of firearms, but such term SHALL NOT include a person who makes occasional sales, exchanges, or purchases of firearms for the enhancement of a personal collection or for a hobby, or who sells all or part of his personal collection of firearms;

The Jacob Chambers Case began in October 2009 and eventually became known in February 2010 as Operation Fast and Furious after agents discovered Chambers and the other suspects under investigation belonged to a car club. So how many top ATF agents went to jail for allowing guns to be sold knowing they were illegally being sold? How many of those guns were used in Illegal activities?

Private to private = no background check. It’s that simple. If you buy and sell them to make $ ur a dealer, need a FFL and have background checks done. It’s not hard. Nothing is changing.
You don’t receive your firearm when you don’t pass your Background Check !
When it reaches your FFL Dealer.
I’m sure Manufacturers and all firearms dealers have to already carry FFL’s or license to do what they already do ? Otherwise they couldn’t own the types of business they have.
Government always gets their cut , taxes and Background Check money.
Dealers already have to have FFL and do background checks, even at gun shows. What did they do then, again?
Didn’t help the guy they just wrongly executed while they were breaking their own rules that required them to wear body cameras during the execution of a search warrant. On top of that they covered his ring camera with tape to coverup what they were doing prior to them kicking the door open and executing someone that wasn’t doing any form of violent crime!

As far as I know Gun Shows at the end of this month could "potentially" will be the last time as a:
Law Abiding American Citizen, Leaglly Able To Buy A Firearm Person to Person aka "Gun Show Loop Hole" as After the 30 days the ability to "Buy" or "Sell" any firearm will not be possible "legally as a person" without FFL process. you will be unable to buy or sell a firearm P2P. I say this because the new rule change describing firearms sales was put on the books already and the 30 day rule to implementing falls after this event. The new description of "firearms sales" in the rule is 400 pages long....
Why is this important:
Before the 30 days legal P2P firearm sales laws controlled by, local, state and federal laws & U.S.C.-922 are not "tracked" by the government. I will be exercising the current law un-monitored if you catch my drift... leaglly before the deadline.
If you are a criminal or illegal it's still unlawful to own or possess a firearm or commit a crime with said firearm, sorry...

The ATF director doesn't have a clue about the functions of a hand gun or rifle. We watched them fumble around with a handgun last month in the cringiest way. Good thing for them that the tool wasn't loaded. Could have been worse than cringe.
