I really enjoyed this video! I’m a rebuilt woman after a long marriage and divorce. I took a little over a year to find myself. I admit I did have test dummy dates to get back into it! I have to tell you that I started to implement a lot of your tips and advice into my own life over the last year or two, and oh man have things been so different for me! I never ever in my 30+ been approached by men so frequently (even if it was just meaningless encounters)... it went from once every 5 years, to 2-4 every month, which is unheard of for me. My belief. You cant possibly make anybody fall in love with you through all kind of manipulative tricks or trying to be something you are not.. Be yourself with your imperfections. Have a life of your own. Dont seek from being needy person who wants validation you are attractive. Be attractive to yourself inside out. And the right man will come by soon enough, somebody who likes who for who you really are!

With all due respect.. You can't 'make' someone fall in love with you. I agree there are steps you can do to make urself approachable etc.. But I believe love isn't just an emotion, it's a choice. Things aren't always going to go smoothly. Unconditional love is actually hard work. What could be a good thing for someone to do is to imagine the person they are passionate about with their nose running, or hair growing out of their nose or drool at their lips and with really embarrassing and annoying habits... Imagine that person becoming old and all that age brings.. Can u still find that passion for them? That is love. Its a choice. Can u put someone who is the most aggravating sometimes, before urself? That's love. Can u forgive when they offend? Imagine a future with that person.. And then think about being available for that date... Still in it? Still passionate? That's love. You can't make a person love you but you can control how you love someone... Can you be the other half of the person that you desire to have in your life? Love is putting him and his needs first and he is to put you and ur needs first... Something I wanted to say, u mentioned evangelical Christians.. U must have guessed u'd get comments?.. Well, I'm not going to ramble where not wanted, but to say: it's not religious.. I'm not religious. U can put ur socks on religiously. That's order/structure.. A Christian is meant to have a relationship with God because they have the Holy Spirit inside of them, which connects them to God... Its not religion and u'd probs find, and I can't speak for every one cos we're all at different stages in our walk, that the dating system is completely different. When you take guidance from God, he doesn't fail. He knows you from the inside out, and he knows the guy, so as long as u walk the walk his way, u can't fail. It's a different way of life. Depending on how close to God you are. Think of a triangle.. God at the top, u at one bottom corner, ur spouse in the other bottom corner.. The closer u get to God, the closer u become to each other and the better u are to each other. Its not hit and miss. I do find some of the things you say about guys interesting.. Like the need to work for his woman, etc. But I think if ur putting urself out there as a dating coach for 'all' ladies.. U think, even if ur not 'religious' it might broaden ur horizons to learn how other people, such as Christians do dating? Please let me apologise if I sound offensive, I haven't meant to, but there actually aren't many 'dating coaches' who take Christian dating seriously and who offer serious, honest advice for those in need. One cannot truly unless one loves God which ironically is what he meant when he said he's not religious. I struggle with vulnerability because I have had alot of issues regarding sex, politics and religion growing up let alone being teased for having crushes on guys. It makes it hard to want to be open when you think people expect perfection from one who is healing.

In real life ... there was everything: physical attraction, confidence, independence and compatibility. There was also trust, connection and vulnerability. Yet it was used against me when I didn't meet their expectations against my values. I lost my trust. Now he acts sweet and caring again but nothing can bring back the beautiful feeling I had for him. Trust is the most fragile thing. 😔

I’m late 50s and this was beat out of me by everyone, especially family. Recently, in an effort to “become love”, I’ve returned to it. Suddenly, people think I’m in my 30s and 40s! YEEHAW🤠.
Funny part about #6.... i was in a relationship that I used that concept. I did not do any thing that I would not do in front of him. For 5 years accused and finally he admitted to not trust me. We had a long distance me in FL him in MD and due to his trust issues there was always complications.
I feel like some guys hunt for those who treat them worse n won't ever let them come real close. This hunt many men will call LOVE.. but Thts the hunt for beeing loved by our parents
With regards to number 6. You could be as honest and transparent as you can be. But if he has issues over past relationships where they broke their trust and faith. I tried to follow these, most impt thing is being positive and i lived my single life happily not caring if guys will like me or not.. After a yr ive met a guy and everything went smoothly. Ive never been so comfortable and authentic being with a guy. He saw me with and without makeup. And told me that i am still pretty even without makeup. I think many young women will agree that you have helped them attract more responsible men and have better relationships. You have definately helped me attract two amazing guys off of the dating app, Hinge. Now I will see, while keeping busy building myself (through learning languages, vocal training, strength training excercise, etc.), which of the two are more responsible and compatible.

It's hard for me to open up, with vulnerability. I always never asked for help and I did things on my own. But as I started, to volunteer for a Sunday school at my church. I'm opening up more. Unfortunately, I'm still dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. Which causes me to get sick a lot. So I haven't been able to get out a lot. But I'm working on it.

Hey Adam, I have a serious question to ask you and I don’t ever see it on the videos that I watch. Anyway here goes, I am in a relationship with a recovering alcoholic and he’s had a few slips in our relationship, I feel like I’m losing him to this disease and honestly I don’t want to give up on him because all of the other girls that he’s been with have. I’m scared if I do leave him one day he might end up hurting himself. What can I do in this kind of situation? We’ve been together for 4 years now and we are actually engaged but a few months ago when my mother had passed and I had to go back to see her for her final days he decided to go out and drink again after being 2 1/2 years clean. Is it OK for me to have forgiven him? Because it seems like he would do it again if given the opportunity of me not being there with him. 😞
For someone who hasn't experienced alcoholism it's difficult to understand what happens. An addict does things by compulsion and they're chasing a feeling. For example, have you ever felt that you're starving or so hot and dehydrated that you need to drink water ? And if you don't eat or drink asap you're mad? That's the same biological need to the 10x power is wha an addict feels. The alcohol, cigarrete, coffee, sex, drug, gambling,and other items that are the person's obsession take priority over anything even over themselves. It's what they feel and how they feel after using the drug or going on binge drinking. This is independent of how they feels about themselves or how they love someone, that has nothing to do with it. To be in a relationship with an ex-addict is understanding they may relapse any moment, give then unconditional support,don't judge or criticize, and give them a lot of love. If the addict in recovery has multiple relapse episodes, are willing to do what it takes to help him? How far can you go for him? Do you see doing this for this person for the rest of your life? Are you safe with him ? Can he hold a job or is he constantly unemployed? Any DUI or other alcohol related incidents? Are you mentally, financially, and spiritually strong to stay with him for good and bad times? Sometimes the bad may be more consistent than the good ...when you're able to answer those questions to yourself then you'll know what to do.
I guess recovery is a life long process that includes living one day at a time, but it is the person who is suffering is often loved ones he needs to take responsibility and action to maintain his sobriety again 1 day at a time, an alcoholic cannot do it alone he needs to revert back to his selfish behavior in a productive way and put recovery first and foremost above everything else and be proactive in seeking other recovering alcoholics hence alcoholics anonymous where they understand each other, you are strong to stay with him but shouldn't be manipulated into staying because he might hurt himself if he loves you I guess he would understand that and practice the principal of acceptance of the decision you make to fulfill your happiness in life. You can't make a person love you but you can control how you love someone... Can you be the other half of the person that you desire to have in your life? Love is putting him and his needs first and he is to put you and ur needs first... Something I wanted to say, u mentioned evangelical Christians.. U must have guessed u'd get comments?.. Well, I'm not going to ramble where not wanted, but to say: it's not religious.. I'm not religious. U can put ur socks on religiously. That's order/structure.. A Christian is meant to have a relationship with God because they have the Holy Spirit inside of them, which connects them to God... Its not religion and u'd probs find, and I can't speak for every one cos we're all at different stages in our walk, that the dating system is completely different. When you take guidance from God, he doesn't fail. He knows you from the inside out, and he knows the guy, so as long as u walk the walk his way, u can't fail. It's a different way of life. Depending on how close to God you are. Think of a triangle.. God at the top, u at one bottom corner, ur spouse in the other bottom corner.. The closer u get to God, the closer u become to each other and the better u are to each other. Its not hit and miss. I do find some of the things you say about guys interesting.. Like the need to work for his woman, etc. But I think if ur putting urself out there as a dating coach for 'all' ladies.. U think, even if ur not 'religious' it might broaden ur horizons to learn how other people, such as Christians do dating? Please let me apologise if I sound offensive, I haven't meant to, but there actually aren't many 'dating coaches' who take Christian dating seriously and who offer serious, honest advice for those in need. I mostly agree with what you said here. Bless this man's heart and the effort he put into this video, but like you said real love is a choice. One cannot truly unless one loves God which ironically is what he meant when he said he's not religious. What he's teaching is emotional attraction, lust, feel-good connection etc anything but what true love is. I don't think he's speaking to or about Christian relationships. Cheers!

In real life ... there was everything: physical attraction, confidence, independence and compatibility. There was also trust, connection and vulnerability. Yet it was used against me when I didn't meet their expectations against my values. I lost my trust.
Now he acts sweet and caring again but nothing can bring back the beautiful feeling I had for him. Trust is the most fragile thing. 😔

Hey Adam, I have a serious question to ask you and I don’t ever see it on the videos that I watch. Anyway here goes, I am in a relationship with a recovering alcoholic and he’s had a few slips in our relationship, I feel like I’m losing him to this disease and honestly I don’t want to give up on him because all of the other girls that he’s been with have. I’m scared if I do leave him one day he might end up hurting himself. What can I do in this kind of situation? We’ve been together for 4 years now and we are actually engaged but a few months ago when my mother had passed and I had to go back to see her for her final days he decided to go out and drink again after being 2 1/2 years clean. Is it OK for me to have forgiven him? Because it seems like he would do it again if given the opportunity of me not being there with him. 😞
For someone who hasn't experienced alcoholism it's difficult to understand what happens. An addict does things by compulsion and they're chasing a feeling. For example, have you ever felt that you're starving or so hot and dehydrated that you need to drink water ? And if you don't eat or drink asap you're mad?
That's the same biological need to the 10x power is wha an addict feels. The alcohol, cigarrete, coffee, sex, drug, gambling,and other items that are the person's obsession take priority over anything even over themselves. It's what they feel and how they feel after using the drug or going on binge drinking. This is independent of how they feels about themselves or how they love someone, that has nothing to do with it.
To be in a relationship with an ex-addict is understanding they may relapse any moment, give then unconditional support,don't judge or criticize, and give them a lot of love. If the addict in recovery has multiple relapse episodes, are willing to do what it takes to help him? How far can you go for him? Do you see doing this for this person for the rest of your life? Are you safe with him ? Can he hold a job or is he constantly unemployed? Any DUI or other alcohol related incidents? Are you mentally, financially, and spiritually strong to stay with him for good and bad times? Sometimes the bad may be more consistent than the good ...when you're able to answer those questions to yourself then you'll know what to do.
I guess recovery is a life long process that includes living one day at a time, but it is the person who is suffering is often loved ones he needs to take responsibility and action to maintain his sobriety again 1 day at a time, an alcoholic cannot do it alone he needs to revert back to his selfish behavior in a productive way and put recovery first and foremost above everything else and be proactive in seeking other recovering alcoholics hence alcoholics anonymous where they understand each other, you are strong to stay with him but shouldn't be manipulated into staying because he might hurt himself if he loves you I guess he would understand that and practice the principal of acceptance of the decision you make to fulfill your happiness in life. Hey Adam! You are so incredible. I just loved it. My guy and me have all of it, but My guy is just so scared to commit to me, because he says that he is scared to end up hurting me, cause he is scared that what if we may end up not marrying in the end and then we ll be hurt deeper. Because he had a 4 month old break up, to his 3 years old relationship where he wanted to get married; but that turned out to be a rough heart break for him.
