I'm getting over pressure. I've tried lessening the grind amount, increasing the coarseness etc. Using single wall filter, single filter. Not sure why it started going over pressure. It's only 1 month old and the first two weeks were great.

Beans do change with age, but usually the shot will come out quicker and below the espresso range as they age… One thing you could try is using less pressure when you tamp (we usually change this as a last resort if nothing else is working). Do you use single or dual wall filter

Hello! If you’re using whole bean coffee, use the single wall filter basket. The dual/double wall baskets are for pre-ground coffee.
