I love that sitting nook and the hidden lighting
Paper Mario could read for days
the horrible thing is, this house isnt mine. LOL
Nandha Saergeva 💔nor mine
😅😅
This house is incredible!!!!!
It looks horrible
This is the big brother house.
Every time I watch this video, I admire the freshness of the place; expensive but functional.
Can you please help me get a laptop for school
Owner was confused " is this my house? Or urs..... 😝
Omg! Whaaaat! That house is fantastic conceptually. Sooo zen!
I want this house 😭😭😭😭
Great job on all your shows video. Brilliant idea on how much I enjoy your work schedule.
Extensive use of glass with elements of traditional Japanese architecture.
Nice design.Very close to nature and give very good positive ambiances. Creative designers can do like this and the interesting part in this home is the natural lightening . All to get her good work keep it up.
tht hidden space @3:47 is the best part
Their house at the end of this is absolutely vile, they ignore everything he says and just have no class or style.
They just weren't brave enough to follow through. A shame, but it's their house 🤷🏾♀️
Exactly! I know such people. I completely hate such people with no imagination or courage. And the problem is, in Indian society, so many such people wield so much power and money, that it just pulls us the ones with imagination down.
It was down to budget in the end. Something this guy just couldn’t grasp. Yeah it would be great to implement all these grand designs but the budget didn’t stretch that far. No.1 priority of project design is budget, plan accordingly.
The people who live there might be leaseholders or subtenants with no control or any influence on how it looks.
Do you know where I can watch the end result?
love this show..
I remember watching this with my family and we were so disappointed with there version.🤦♂️ all this inspiration and they fucked it.😂🤣
I agree with you. I watched that episode too, and the couple just did not listen to the advice given to them. They ended up with a hodge-podge of multiple designs and nothing resembling the effects of this home.
omg i have to build this kind of home in the future BEAUTIFUL HOME REALLY!!!!!!
Gorgeous
I really like this interior ^^
Ame esa cocina con ese mini jardín
Stunning
Beautiful

That is a nice home .
Whoaahhh.... so nice... just trust the right and smart expert....
I love it
nice..
Eu AMO essa casa,já assisti esse vídeo várias vezes 😍😄😍
Nej nej nej, hvor er det fantastisk
Exclusive access? Lucky you
Yeah I liked the cushions.
Ironically, given that this house revolves around the garden, this is the most boring garden I've seen in years. The "grass" looks like astroturf. No focal point to draw your interest, just a rectangular plot with a back wall with some hedges in front of it. A couple of small trees in excruciatingly plain, undersized containers. No flower beds of pretty flowers, just green and more green. No sculptures, not even any rocks. No water features. They could have done something really great here, and the house deserves it, but you can take it all in in about 5 seconds.
Agree fully.
dlwatib
In my opinion the garden is too small to have what you suggested; if they had added sculptures or water features etc it would be too busy. The green colour is most perfect for the feel good effect.
Omniscient I find AstroTurf gives a really different feeling from proper greenery
Megan I agree but perhaps part of the designers brief was that the house holders were not gardeners and didn't want to be mowing etc.
Surely there's a better word that he could use than carcass.
E.g...?
Sensacional
Nice. I like
How about the privacy. People from surrounding buildings can se everything in that open yard, even part of the home.
M Li why hide that beautiful house?
honestly, unless you're going to be doing some shady business that no one else should know about, there should be absolutely no reason for the house to be so enclosed. probably the only place that have to be enclosed is the bedrooms and toilets
Security wise its nice to have an inner garden if they got kids
@Mushroom Tip and some enjoy doing it while others are watching lol
@@Zohnho It has nothing to do with shady business. Some people just like privacy. People close their blinds at night, but that doesn't mean they're up to no good. Privacy is a natural desire.
Looooooveeeeeeeee!!! :)
Hollys house the goat 💯
What is the style of the corridor and back room? How could you achieve something similar without planning permission?
It's incredible!
Como granice, adiós a la claraboya. Esos detalles diferencian a un arquitecto de un amateur.
Can someone tell me what company makes the pendant lights above the kitchen table?
Whats that long strip of lighting called? Im sure its led tho
I like it
Wow!!!
The lobby is very narrow
Wow😍
Good RUclips channel NO COMMERCIALS 👍 not even in the beginning 😊
That's the BBC - no commercials. But they do show a trailer advertising another tv programme. You can skip even that if you watch it on iPlayer.
How do you guys deal with security and peeking neighbors? Curious because it looks easy for an outsider to break and enter. I'm from a place where people are always extra careful about security, heck even paranoid.
I like when people describe the environement , how's that how's this and that other one. And there's me saying what I like ad don't like
What do the bedrooms look like?
2:37 omg that is the exact same chair that is in my parents' house. I think it's from MUJI but I'm not sure 😮
I think it's a "Wishbone chair" ( Hans Wegner). 🤗
I'm sure I saw this house on grand designs
Its incredible but as a office not as a house
the guy was thinking as soon as he walked in there : it's gonna cost me a fortune... how am I going to afford it
that's the thing about people who are poor, it limits their imagination.
No it just limits their budget.
But then Piers explained how some of it was made very cheaply.
Can I get a copy of the floor plan please? Is gorgeous! 😍
You can't just get a floor plan for free duh! Purchase one.
Send me the copy of the floor if u have..
Wow......
could this be done in a 3-bed victorian home tho? can you build features into the architecture in a 3 bed vickie??
60%off offers
Is that a Gold's Gym 'G' on the wall?
Any one knows who is the Architect and interior designer of this project ? Pls share if you know
beautiful home! the only thing i noticed is that long hallway along the windows is not handicapped friendly. not wide enough.
I noticed that, as someone who was once confined to a wheelchair for some time after an accident. But in the UK, at the moment at least, a private house isn't legally required to be accessible for mobility-impaired users.
Wow
#handsdown...
Safe homes architecture
What kind of show is this ???
Anyone help please.....
Can you extend your house all the way long, using all the garden space? I thought there might be some restrictions
House is lovely but the corridors are too narrow. Not recommended for persons hoping to live into the 80's etc in the home.
It was down to budget in the end. Something this guy just couldn’t grasp. Yeah it would be great to implement all these grand designs but the budget didn’t stretch that far. No.1 priority of project design is budget, plan accordingly.
Ok...I like his approach. I'm building a 3,800 sqmt steel based, 35' ht ceiling warehouse home in the foothill of northern California. Where can I contact this Architect?
why is the title 100k house?
I watched the full episode of this & it totally pissed me off. This couple did not take all the advice the host suggested. This house that he showed is just one of the good examples the couple can do in their home but chose to do it their way. At the end of the episode, I realized that this couple just wanted to be on tv! What a waste of time for the televiewers..
@Agent Also saw the full episode, I think the designer/architect was not happy the couple didn't use his design/plan either. The outcome of the project wasn't televised. I have a feeling it didn't go well.
I really happy that I have more then 100000₹
where did you have this for 100k? I want one too.
It's not the house shown that's transformed for £100K or less, but the home (seen briefly at the start of the vid clip) owned by the two clients.
is that fake grass?
How do you get planning permission for something like this?!
gurinder kular Step 1: don't give a fuck and just do it.
You push for it. They probably compromised on a lot to get it to this. Probably took absolutely ages to get this accepted.
They're worried that hallway can only fit one person at a time.
URHO yeah agreed but I’m taking it anyways but how often do you walk two abreast in your space?
Omg
It looks great in small design but no privacy it’s more than open yard
Parece la remodelación de una casa chorizo.
Okay is anyone gonna talk about Piers looking so .... unkempt? His trouser cuff tucked into the front of his shoe, and his collar. He's usually so put together.
The garden needs a Koi pond as a focal point not a square of plastic grass
Yes, it looks as if the owners haven't eve started to develop the courtyard garden yet.
is that fake grass!?!
hmm. chairs that don't tuck in take a lot of space in a narrow room. have two of those chairs...anyone over 90-100K will break them.
my dream house
Your nightmare of a heating bill.
Uhm am I the only one who is bothered how slim/slender/small that hallway is?
How did they get planning for this. It is a nice house.
*How did they get planning for this?
😍😍
no bedroom?
horrible corridor !
Plastic lawn?!
Hii,sir
Can u share me the number and name of the architect?
Too much of an industrial feel. Better as a modern office
