FANTASTIC chocolate art! Should the melted chocolate be hot or warm when you begin to shape them on the baking paper? Thank you so much, Taryn, THE BEST!
Thanks for your kind comment. It can be hot or warm, just whatever you find easiest to work with. Sometimes it depends on the room temperature...if it's cold the chocolate can set so quickly so you really need it hot.
Thanks, I love chocolate - you can do so much with it 😊 My top is from a New Zealand brand called Augustine...they have a lovely website and ship world wide 😉

Could I use a lamination pouch instead of acetate or is acetate more food safe?
How long in advance can you make these and how can I store them
You can make the chocolate garnishes weeks before you need them. Just keep them cool (not the fridge) and dry.
At 6:30 , "sold"!
Haha awesome 👍
