I only watched the first one it wasn't very good if you're going to show people how to make chocolate designs you should at least show them how to temper it so it looks beautiful and shiny that look dull and pretty bad
I just made your Ruby chocolate moose.Though it was not perfect like yours but my family said it was delicious. I will try and try until I will be able to reach a perfection like yours. Keep more videos to come!❤️❤️❤️

Just melt a bar of chocolate of your choice
Melt chocolate compound using double boiler
