Hello! Can I use IGRILL 3 with Q320? Thanx.
This is good and all but not set and forget. I've set the grill temp at say 400 and yes the igrill 3 does alert me but there are times the temperature keeps climbing and you have to back off on the burners and even then it's hard to maintain target temperature.
I just ordered a new Weber grill does it come with probs ?

I used the igrill 3 and the teperature was much higher then what the Weber thermometer shows. Like 100 degrees over. Any ideas?
You gotta use dat long thermometer on some thicc meat. Otherwise, too much stick out and it don't feel the hottness right. Go thicc.
sounds great, but when i move 3 meters away from it, it looses connection even with new batteries. - Whats the point of wireless then?

What could they possibly do, to a simple probe, to make it not compatible with other grills, or with the oven?
Hi! The IGrill is compatible with any of our grills. On those specific models it can be mounted to the front side table on the grill. Otherwise, it can be used with any of our grills. Hopefully this helps. Thank you!

You can use an iGrill with your oven. The iGrill system consists of the probe and the main body/thermometer. The iGrill 3 is built to be mounted into our Genesis II, Genesis II LX, and Spirit II series. iGrill Mini and iGrill 2 can be used with any grill, smoker, or oven, as long as the directions for use are followed correctly. I think what Weber means is that there is an specific area in the grill that you can attach the iGrill magnetically. For instance, I have a different thermometer that also attaches to areas magnetically but I can’t use it in my old Char Broil because is all stainless steel, which is not magnetic.
I have smoked 3 shoulder butt roast all done to perfection. This is the easiest way to smoke.in my opinion.
I once ate a hamburger cooked on a Weber grill.

Hi Jacob, unfortunately you would need your phone to view the temp.
@@GrillwithWeber that's a major flaw. Sometimes my phone is inside playing music or on a charger or whatever. You should be able to see the temperature when you're standing over the food youre cooking.
Hi Jason, we have other models that have LED display. The iGrill 3 unfortunately does not, you will get alerts when food has reached the desired temp.
Yeah I will probably go back to buy an older version or another brand. Thank you for the replies. I will say that I have course love all my Weber products!!

Ya can't, ain't thicc enough to stick in dat long thermometer. You need to find some thicc meat to stick into. Got flash some $$$ and bring it home, tho.

Do you need to have a Weber grill or can it be used on any grill?
If you have a way of mounting it and the app, then I cant see why not?

I use it without mounting. Easy.

i think technically you could use the system on any grill , but those grills do have a specific spot to install the thermometer base onto
Their is a mini version that’s $49 not attached to the grill also.
How far into the meat do you have to stick the probe in?

Dont bother with this temperature reads 40 to 50 degrees hot after 3 uses.
Bluetooth connectivity is terrible on these devices. Purchase a Thermoworks Smoke instead.
I had the iGrill 2 and now iGrill 3. With the 2, If you have a brick home you may have Bluetooth connectivity issues if you go inside. I lay my phone on a table near the grill anyway so never any issues. The 3 has better connectivity but I leave my phone outside so not an issue.
Yeah connectivity is the worse with this.
