I swear to god. I watched this video. Then called a company that didn’t get back to me when I emailed and sent my CV to them a week prior, got an interview and now I’ve got a new job 3 days later. About to start in 2 days and couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
How’s the job going?
How much are u earning ??
Love your channel for several reasons I got my own recruiting company I have been doing good but you hit the nail on the head with the content keep them coming brother Ramadan Mubarak
Thank you for this! Made it a lot easier 🦋
Fantastic advice Abu, thanks.
Update:
You sir, told me to call places up and try get interviews that way, literally everything you said as a positive to doing this they mentioned isn’t the interview as part of the reason they liked me, and now after 3 months of unemployment, 3 weeks of calling agencies has given me more responses than I could get before and now a job, thank-you for making this content cos I would never have had the confidence to do this without you
hows it going so far bro
@@ibnbhai I managed to get a job pretty quickly brother, I got it in my second interview and I worked there for about 4 months, personally the job wasn’t for me but if you really wanna do recruitment then try it out, won’t hurt for you to call
@@DrBananaMr Oh ok. Just as a heads up so i know what im getting myself into, how many clients do you complete roughly per month.
And what do you personally take as a commission, as in whats the commission which you take per client, not the company overall (like for example, the company gets 8% and you get 2% etc)
Thanks
Thank you so much for this video. I have an interview next week!
Cheers man got an interview Thursday. Buzzin
Bro, I love your content, really informal and easy to digest. Keep it up, cheers.
Appreciate that bro
I don’t have a degree. It’s my 20 years of Sales that has helped. I LOVE what I do!
Thank you for this broo!!!
Howdy. Interesting topic for me. Thank you for enlightening me a little more about what this means. I would be curious for more information.
Thank you
Very good video ! Thank you very much
Shukran, it's a great advice❤❤❤❤
Interesting
Watching from Sydney
Considering a change
Got an interview tomorrow Been watching ur videos for over a year ❤️
This video was really valuable, considering I've just completed my final year of my business management degree.
I've been applying for jobs a little late but I'm really interested in Recruitment and this video helped massively.
BarakAllah Feekh brother
wa feek habeebi
I just completed my degree in that too
@@MoAli6 hows it going so far?
@@ibnbhai After graduation, I got a job in Dell as a internal specialist
I've just applied for a trainee recruitment consultant role. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the video :-)
No problem!
how is going so far?
Salam alaikum, Brother. Can you recommend any recruitment consultancy books please? Also, do you provide any 1-1 training?
Thank you :)
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
I have been a 180 recruitment consultant for the past 8 years. I have last interview tomorrow with a recruitment consultant agency in the construction industry. But its a 360 role and the salary is alhamdulliah alot more than what i am on at the moment. Its very sales driven and im scared i am not going to like it as I am not used to sales call as i only been a 180 consultant. I dont want to be at a place where you fear if you dont hit your target there is a risk of being fired. I am 30 years old married man with a daughter so i dont want that fear in my head. What advise would you give to me? Should i take the job or find a role with abit less sales involved? Jazakallah
just got a job in recruitment, decided to search this as my first day is tomorrow!
Hey Abu, What the common interview questions expected for this role ?
Hi! Do you have a video where you speak about in house recruitment too?
Estate agents like myself have skills that carry over. Soon hopefully I find a place
Hey bro did you end up getting into recruitment?
Not sure if anyone can help, I've been in saas sales development for just over 3 years now - I've had experience being a marketing Director, business consultant. Would anyone recommend for me to switch into recruitment or to stick with sales. I've heard good and bad about both positions.
Sounds like a boring job but with a law with criminology degree i don't really know what else to go into😭
Do you know any introverts who are recruitment consultants? I’m an introvert but the job is appealing to me despite having to speak to people for most of the day.
I’m completely fine speaking on the phone but I wouldn’t say I have a big personality or am charismatic at all.
I got a recruitment job in Japan. Super excited
What's the update? I love Japan ❤️
Hey, really informative video! Would it be worth going to university and becoming a graduate recruitment consultant or is it not worth it and you should just become a trainee?
Keep up the content 👍
Definitely does not make sense going to university if you want to get into recruitment. Instead you could get 3years experience and actually have a 30k basic salary with 3 years experience as well as the clients you've built on top
Salam brother can you do a video where you show how to locate clients?
Salamu alikum Abu Musa I hope you see this can you make a video on halal jobs in the bussiness industry (with no riba) for example management consultant etc and does a recruitment apprenticeship help you get a role as a trainee recruitment consultant
Thing is bro you don't need a recruitment apprenticeship to get a job in recruitment but i'm sure it will help
When you going pakistan to expand your company bro, I'm hoping to do something similar
Do you think I should do an apprenticeship in recruitment and drop my A-Levels?
No continue with your Alevels as the recruitment apprenticeship won’t really help your chances that much in getting the job
Short story. Recently moved to London wanted to make a career in Recruitment but i couldn t pass the first stage of the interview, got pissed up started to do my research, changed a couple of things in my CV and found this guy. All your tips are real .. managed to get a job in the end. Tips for you guys. 1st call interview tell them you are money motivated speak a lot about money how you want to make money , make a career in recruitment , why recruitment ? To maximize your earning potential and ofc you like to build relationships. You need to adopt a sportsman mind set . Speaking about money how you want to develop yourself and bring a huge contribution into the company this is music for the consultants ear. I hope it helped. Thank you bro! I have learned something from this. One huge tip that helped and made me stand against others I ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND CALLED THE HIRING COMPANIES ( this shows motivation and desire ) dont be afraid of rejection always smile and stay possitive. Good luck !
Ah really appreciate this!
How's it going now for you bro are you enjoying it and making alot of money. I have a few offers on the table I'm still considering if I should go for it.
Any update on this?

Well I guess you can if you have your own business to be honest
Can you become a trainee Recruitment consultant at 17 years old

Is there any way of doing recruitment part time?
No.
Yes their is
What if you get your mate to keep getting jobs and leaving through you purely for the commission?
That’s calm
Then it is Haram as you are cheating a system and defrauding them money in the eyes of Allah JWA
Quite a hard job if your introverted
100%
What company do you work for?
I own a recruitment company
Bro, I'm backwatching your videos, did you endup going Pakistan, if so where are the videos? 🌚
I'll be going soon. Just waiting for Pakistan to get out of the red list area. In Sha Allah
Can not hitting sales targets means you are in risk of losing your job as a recruitment consultant?
Speaking from two years experience in Rec, yes you can. But really depends on the agency if your working for a larger company it’s different, if they know your trying and they like you. They won’t won’t just get rid of you. The smaller independent/ boutique agencies won’t hesitate to get rid of you. Regardless big or small Rec agencies are cut throat.
@@jakeso7737thanks for confirming. Can you see yourself doing recruitment long term? What are the typical hours? How common is travelling? Can introvert recruitment consultants succeed in this field?
Got an interview on Tuesday
How did it go?
Do you also have to be red hot IT? If so I’m done for 🤣
Do you have to like Donald Trump and Andrew Tate to work in recruitment?
😂😂😂
