This is very good video to overall daily work involvement of a Recruitment consultant for those who want to have better understanding of the job expectations - thank you for that.
@@jonroberts1890 Going smashing so far, big change to what I’m used to but has been great from the get go. Has its ups and downs but definitely a job where I’ve found my sales skills are transferable. I’ve found the conversational side pretty easy, struggled more on knowing who the clients are and what they do but that all comes with time I guess.
Is it possible to get this job without experience? Great video! I just found a job that provides training...and I want to know if a person without knowledge about this position can create an opportunity for their future.
Prior experience is often something employers look for however, a Trainee position is a good option for people with the relevant skills looking to begin a career in Recruitment. Lots of Recruitment Consultants begin in entry positions such as Trainees or even as Recruitment Administrators. As long as you have the relevant skills such as strong communication and sales skills you should be able to build a successful and fulfilling career!
@@talkfs Thanks for your reply. May I know if there are other companies that offer visa sponsorship for the job role of recruitment consultant in the UK? It will be of great help.
@@daminitanver6785 No we're closing the border to unskilled EE workers. No more EU telling us we gotta accept and feel sorry for the Poles and Romanians.
Why feel sorry for them? Many jobs now pay better in Poland than in the UK and it’s still considerably cheaper to live there. There are economic forecasts that they will overtake the UK by 2030. The salaries in England are low and the costs are high.
