This is an amazing set you have especially with Jordan signing on his rookie card. I live in Canada and home of the Edmonton Oilers and was 15 yrs old during the Oiler Dynasties with Gretzky and the boys. The funny thing is that you will rarely if ever see a signed Gretzky rookie card as Gretz never did that but if someone did ever bring him that card to sign I think he might have signed it but he would bend one of the corners so that there will never be a mint rookie card with his signature. I believe when he was traded to the LA Kings, his first Kings card is signed multiple copies but they only for his kids. We heard about this when we were doing card shows in the late 80's. I can't tell you how many times a young kid would come to our table and barter for our Fedorov and Jagr rookies in exchange for a Jordan rookie card. Boy did we make big mistakes back then.

Wow be 86 completes that is awesome especially graded. Anyway I am Bob in Connecticut I gave up bartending years ago because of comic books. That’s the new kid in town it’s funny how nobody goes to the card shows and every comic con is mobbed. Comicon in New York in California they are both bigger than the Super Bowl.Well I have a superman 15.0 restored no trimming from 1939 I have two copies of the first appearance of Spiderman yes they are worth a lot of money amazing fantasy 15 6.0 the other one is 8.0 restored no trimming I also have a Batman 15.0 restored. I have a few other books but most of my stuff I sold I don’t do a damn thing except go to Yankee Stadium. Something is little fishy in the card market The 1986 Michael Jordan fleer PSA 10 that was pulled probably because it only reached about $180-$190,000 when the last few sales were over $700,000. I think it was being sold by PWCC but I’m not sure . I am positive the buyer must have been furious. I never saw Spiderman take a dive like that because I only paid $4000 for my amazing fantasy 15 6.0 a few years ago and I can get $100,000 on any auction right now.🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I have been investing in the Stock Market for the last 3 1/2 years and I got back into card collecting a month ago and got spoiled and hit a Scottie Barnes Gold Foil Prizm #4 of 10 so it's his Jersey number. So of course now Im buying more, I bought some Magic cards tonight and a couple $40 pack of Mosaic and hit a numbered to 99 rookies. So I am definitely wayyyy up, Im invested about $300 into cards and probably have $2,000+++ in cards. The Scottie is on the way to PSA so we'll see how it turns out.

@@8skep1productions56 One of the great things about the hobby is you can invest in what you love. This set is priceless to me, and 30 years from now, I think it will be even more special than it is today.

Being a big University of KY fan thank you for the shout-out to Melvin Turpin. He might not have put up the numbers the HOFers did, but he was a great player! But that set is utterly amazing! I would be thrilled just to have one or two of them much less the whole darn set! Congrats for sure!!!

Wow. Some of those cards are wayyyy off-centered and still got a 10.
    Insane.

They only greated the autographs not the cards, makes you wonder if all the cards are authentic.

Great set! I have a 1986 BGS graded set all 8.5 or higher. 50% 8.5 rest 9’s, one 9.5. Opened the packs as a kid, paid $15 a box, they were throwing them at me. If I had a thousand dollars back then I would have bought cases. None autographed unfortunately. Highly jealous! Great video, enjoyed watching, That set has to be 1 of a kind giving everyone who passed. I subscribed to your channel, looking forward to more videos!
