This was such a great idea, and thank you for sharing! As for the screen rotating, you can lock that in the control center. If you swipe down from the top right of your screen, you’ll see an icon with a lock and circle around it. Your screen won’t rotate if you activate that. I don’t know if you already tried that, but it works on my iPad so I figured I’d leave this here just in case.
Don't forget to apply the anti-slip update (duct tape and a pencil) in the blurb between the video and the comments. Gorilla duct tape is pretty strong stuff.

You could off set the iPad’s LazySusan on another but bigger LazySusan to move the iPad’s position higher lower and left to right…
I thought about that and decided moving my chair up/down and side/side would be easier!
