The first time that I was doing my night skin care routine while watching a video of your RUclips channel, I decided to make it a routine. It’s now almost one month I’m doing it every night. A great idea just came to my mind: I can hang a white board in here (bathroom) so that I can take note (and look at it the day after) while watching/applying products 😁🤓
This exercises are so helpful, because no one really helps me during a conversation..but here you can help or clarify everything and I can get more comfortable with speaking! And even though I know all the rules theoretically it’s extremely important to revisit them every now and then. Thank you so much
My mom called me while I was watching this video. She told me to come slowly, so we could be watching two beautiful bird around our house. They had a beautiful white line around their chest. My mom suspected that the two birds are checking out our place to build a nest or occupy a nest what has been at the side of our house for years. I saw the dirt under the nest - perhaps they were cleanining the nest before moving in. Our dog (who is envy enough) disturbed the birds while they were walking in the grass. Thew flew up onto our rooftop and were singning so beautifully! I hope thy will stay here. Swallows used that nest years ago but the young ones didn't come back. Decades ago, even storks used to nest on our house but they didn't like the place unlucily. Nowadays the number of the swallows and the storks are much less.

There was a sentence sir about present perfect " I have lived in Budapest or anywhere " In this sentence action of living in Budapest finished if now I am in other place instead of Budapest. But we r talking about now to living in Budapest in present perfect . We can talk in past tense but what is exactly mean it ?
Using the present perfect with an unspecified time (I have live in South Korea), I'm talking about a finished action. If using the present perfect continuous (I have been living in South Korea), then the person is still living there. 😊
Hi, I watched your video and I was wondering if you could also say: She looked after the baby while I was cooking dinner, instead of your example: She was watching the baby while I cooked dinner? Is that also correct if you say that like the example I give? I hope you will respond on my question!
VERY well explained! Thank you so much! I would ask that you use more inclusive language. 'GUYS' eliminates 50% of the population. VERY helpful lesson!!! I really liked seeing the answers people wrote...as you can see how the mistakes arise.
I think you should have used the present perfect continuous instead of present perfect in some your examples, like "I have been studying English for 2 years". Would you make a video about that?
In this case, either one is okay and have a very similar meaning. There's a slight nuance with the present perfect continuous. Perhaps we'll do a lesson later. 👍
Could you do a video about how to use: speak with, talk with, speak to, talk to, spoken to, talked with, speaking with, talking with, spoken with, I'm struggling with it.
Thank you very much for this useful video I have a question? Can we switch the order of simple past and past continues after (When )? For example :l broke a cup when I was washing it Past simple +when +past continues. .......so ,it is ok or not? Why ....Thank u again. ...yours
@@InteractiveEng first of all, l'm so grateful for your reply.I look forward to explain this subject exactly in the a future nearly. For me you really deserve to subscribe👍 ,l hope you all the best. ...yous truly....... 👋
Ohh god ! It's so bad for me being missed to meet you live . Thank you a lot sir for one more very very very important topic. Just gonna watching right now.
Hi Wes! I have a question... If we see that person with his/her leg in plaster and walking with crutches, we could use the perfect perfect, right? He/she broke his/her leg in the past, but it's still broken at the moment of seeing the person.... 🤔
Hi Cristina. It depends on what you want to say. If talking about the broken leg, that happened at a point in the past. Therefore, you'd use the past simple: He broke his leg. If talking about crutches, that could reference a past action that has continued to the present. So we could use the present perfect continuous: He's been using crutches for several weeks. 😉👍
In German they have no Continuous Tense in writing or speaking. They have the CONCEPT but they express it differently. They use adverbs of time instead of -ing and this is why Gustav gets upset at his own people for making fun of any other People for doing something "just because it's not how we do it." He hates hatred for an obvious reason (his family's WWII story is really sad and they were victims, not aggressors, in it) but he dislikes hatred anyway because he has 2 young children and he wants to teach them it's not ok. Note: His 12 year-old son thinks he's a man but Gustav thinks he's child. 🤣
You're teaching us a lot about German Vicki. If we end up moving to Berlin at some point, I may need you to give us some lessons. 😊 I'm of the same mind as Gustav. We're also hoping to instill kind and humane values in Emi as she gets older.
