I own a 2013 and it looks pretty much the same.Mine has alot more storage space. It only goes about 32 mph with me on it. It's fun to ride around . I stay to the right and let people pass me. They can be real jerks sometimes even if I just get out the way.

What a nice little scoot , though in USA traffic is just too fast for this , need something that will at least hit 50 mph.

Where are the cup holders!?
I noticed the U.S. version has a cup holder and pull out storage compartment underneath the handlebars next to the ignition. Not sure about the European models.

In Indonesia Honda Scoopy has 110cc engine & can run over 100 km/h.

In japan, any cc is only allowed to run 60km/h on normal road, 100km/h on highway
This is NOT a Moped! Its a Scooter. There's a big difference.
Many States classify them as a Moped and issue the owner a MOPED licence plate so it depends on who you talk to.

I just read some country's had a restricting mechanism so that the 50cc could not go faster than 25-28 mph, to qualify as a "moped". The 50 cc engine, unrestricted, could actually go 48 to 50 mph.

This is not the Honda Metropolitan. This is a different scooter and Honda Giorno is called Metropolitan in America.
