During this workout series, I noticed the top of my back below my neck would start to numb whenever I tried to lift my chest up and straighten my back. Should that numbness subside the more I practice these exercises or is it a form issue? Great videos!

Appreciate the long stretches! We lift weights for strength which causes us to need the flexibility more in yoga than strength training from yoga.
