Do you like his college or pro swing better? Let me know!

college swing was very single plane chasing, then as a pro he said screw it, I'm going under plane and blasting that ball out of my shoes for strokes gain off the tee

ABSOLUTLEY INCREDIBLE INSIGHT!!! best analysis of Bryson on the internet! The tilt and the hand path drop vs turn are huge in understanding what's going on! You can really see some of Dana's influence (Jake Knapp finish) and long drive moves (maybe forward press is a trigger) coming into his swing. He is a more vertical coil than he was in the past. He was very stable and rotational in the beginning, long live the single plane..

Yes I was quite shocked at his college move, I think it looks way more solid than his current motion, but you can’t argue with what he is doing. It’s that need to push himself that has gotten more eyes on the game of golf. Both swings are great to watch, thanks for the comment and reminder of the suggestion!

I think it is the hat that makes the difference.

Pros and cons of turny vs tilty?

I think turny is more torque, more of a spine centered twisting and you can be more consistent because you take out less of the high and low inconsistencies but less power. Tilty I think you get more vertical forces and will increase AOA but there is more timing involved because your adding more jump and more squat into the swing.. but you will get more distance

@@laogx4026so maybe turny is better for the higher irons and wedges and then long irons and woods more tilty?

I hate to sound like a cop out here but it always depends on the user. Me for instance thrives on a stack and tilt motion but start to lack distance compared to when I switch to more rotational, and get some weight transfer. I know others that suffer the opposite. It will 100% come down to the user, their hand eye coordination, history, talent, injury, blah blah.
