These ladies are virtuoso guitarists, great songwriters, great singers, and physically beautiful. If they will pitch themselves to Austin City Limits, the longest-running music TV show in American history, & if they perform there I have no doubt they will be on their way to being big stars in America, Europe, & Australia.
I liken them to The Beatles in the early years. Solid talent constructing confidence by working hard. Where they take their gift is all that needs to be determined.

They are so magnificently talented they could provide fantastic songs for a variety of types of films. “Glory, Glory” is a much better song than the song that won the Oscar last year. These ladies would get rich & famous fast if Hollywood starts including some of their songs in films.
@Vince - I disagree strenuously. I’m an American songwriter, & my current L.A./Hollywood project doesn’t require me to change anything. What country are you in? You must not be very familiar with how artists license rights to films. Oftentimes film directors contact the artists & request licensing rights. Film directors are the least likely of all creative folks to ask artists to change their music. An example: Mike Nichol’s “The Graduate” using Simon & Garfunkel tunes. If a film director really wants “Glory, Glory” he or she might pay tens of thousands $, then if the film is a success the band’s record sales would probably soar. Win-win. It is some of the record companies (whether L.A. or Nashville that would probably put pressure on them. As I mentioned to you before, getting on Austin City Limits has long been the most reliable way to be seen by millions of viewers & various types of industry folks. It is far more reliable than being 1 of the thousands who gig in clubs in Nashville.

In my opinion, their acoustic version is their greatest song yet, & would be ideal for a film, such as a modern western. If the film were a big success, I suspect that it would be a big boost to stardom in America. I’m in my 70s, lifelong Texan but with California ties. I was living in Austin before Austin City Limits began. Over the decades I rarely miss an episode. It has long been a very reliable way to boost artists’ careers, & without having to wrestle with a record company over a recording contract. On the contrary, record companies are thrilled when their artist perform on ACL. Of course, ACL gets a huge # of pitches by bands. That said, ACL looks for great original music. That has been their model for more than 4 decades. Dea Matrona has that. If they pitch to ACL I highly recommend that they include the acoustic “Glory, Glory” & a hard rock song. Because it’s a national audience I wouldn’t pitch anything that sounds country. I like country, but in my opinion the ladies would be making a mistake by giving the impression they are a country-rock act. In my opinion, “Stamp On It” would be excellent for their pitch. If they get accepted, they of course will need a drummer, & I recommend they write a very powerful hard rock song of about 4 minutes long to showcase their powerhouse guitar prowess, & they close the show with that. Of course after that they will get about 2 minutes to talk about their music & background. I have no doubt that millions of Americans will be thinking “Why haven’t I heard of them before?” They are still far too unknown in America, unlike Irish busker Allie Sherlock who typically gets millions of views for each of her RUclips videos.
Good Horses, the song was inspired by the movie "Its A Wonderful Life". Having lived in the New Mexico, studied Western history, and watched alot of classic Westerns, this song seems to come from that time and space.

I think of The Other Favorites as the American equivalent of Dea Matrona. They are the best young guy band I've found and Dea Matrona are the best young girl band. Fresh, new talent is the most rewarding listening experience for me. I don't think they should gig together however. They're both so good that they don't need extra support.
