I love the passenger section of the Phoenix but it's so oddly arranged. Passengers are either crawling in via the lift or waking through the crew berths. There is only a single shower for everyone on board and the rooms have no personal storage, which may become an issue when CIG moves to full physicality. I understand it's an old design but my God it needs some help like the 600i needs
@@Hemebean the only problem with the garage lift not is that it's doesn't really say "luxury" because it's a cramped little lift that takes you down to a dark storage area most likely used for carrying the supplies for the ships and guests. So right now guests have the option of entering through the crew quarters which doesn't give a good look for the guests or they can enter through the dark cargo bay and ride a small one person cramped lift that couldnt possible hold them and any luggage they'd need for the extended stays that some trips would require
@@TiredEyeBags I take your point. Maybe they will add another entrance or improve the entrance from the garage during the gold pass. It's also a little strange that to get to the maintenace area you have to cross the VIP suite.
Love the Connie series of videos! I recently discovered the Taurus for my cargo running gameplay loop as a loaner for the Railen, and it will be very hard to break me away from the series as a whole. You can just do so much with any of the Connie's that it makes it a great multi-role/daily. Once the "Gold Pass" comes through, its a no brainer! Excellent video series, love your content!
I had a Connie as my only ship for years, Aquilla, but as others came out, I had to melt it. It does need an update. On the way back machine, it was a beast.
If I could afford the Phoenix, I would 100% buy it. I’m a sucker for luxury ships and the Phoenix just ticks all my boxes. Thank you for the walkthrough!
I enjoy my Phoenix and will love to see the missle interceptor for it when they implement it. Also I have the Invictus livery on my Phoenix, just cool to say it's a Blue Phoenix.
Such an amazing paint and ship! Hope they can add a guest bathroom and get the jacuzzi working in a rework. I wonder if it will grow in size a little. Incredible ship nonetheless!
Its the rugged, luxury cruiser. Similar to cruise ships of old, where you enter in a storage like area. Definitely for the active industrialist that needs to take care of business.
I love the Connie Phoenix, it's my favourite Connie in the 'verse. If I could CCU to the Phoenix, I'd have one already. But since my 400i and 600i Explorer cost barely more than the Phoenix itself, it's a hard sell. I'd need to be able to burn a bunch of Store Credit and I've never had anywhere close to that amount of Store Credit. Maybe one day if I get the Executive 600i Explorer.
You missed 1 thing on the phoenix... it's the only variant that comes standard with a PDS (personal defence system), it's meant to automatically shoot down incoming missiles to keep the VIP safe ;) Great video!
Phoenix emerald is my only pledged connie i plan to never let it leave my fleet . When i want a personal luxury ride i take it out i use this more than my 600i 400i ive got it set up with the best military component's and all ballistics its a comfortable beast of a ship . Its the only ship ive hit the ground at over 600ms bounced off the ground and felt like it rolled and flipped for over a minute straight get it back under control and fly back home to get repaired. I just wish when you first get your ship delivered it came with the rover and emerald p72 already loaded on and in the ship
So question for you all, I waited forever to get my hands on the Phoenix Emerald and was finally able to get my hands on it this past Stella Fortuna. The only thing that I was dissapointed with was that you could only get 6 months of insurance with purchase. Ninjas mentions in the video there is actually a way to be able to get LTI on it? Is that a thing and could someone elaborate? Thanks!
You have to buy a grey market lti nomad upgrade and upgrade a ship in the pack to the nomad and it gives the whole pack LTI. The cheapest I could find them for was $100. LTI isn't worth that much to me. I will just get my insurance in-game. I also think in the not too distant Future CIG is going to allow people to buy insurance directly for a percentage of the cost of the ship I think %10 would be fair but we'll see.
@@Blue-Mystic He simply didn't go somewhere to load it up. No ground vehicle spawns with the ship unless you load it in and store the ship with the GV in the ship. At the moment, the system treats included ground vehicles as if they were loaners (same with the 85X for the 890J and the Pisces for the Carrack). It should be deliverable/spawnable at the ground vehicle terminals. If yours isn't, you may need to put in a support ticket.

I feel like it needs to have a good guest elevator that leads straight to the guest area so guests don't have to walk through the crew quarters
They should arrive and leave in the Lynx via the lift to the garage ;)

Wow those 4part videos is super immersive
I just melted my 600i to pickup a Phoenix Emerald the day Stella Fortuna went live. I absolutely love this ship.

The constellation has to be the best daily driver. Probably the Taurus is the best bang for the buck. Great video, thanks !

Heck yeah man, thanks for the tour!
The pheonix is pretty iconic i love those huge glass windows especially when im in quantum.
Nice looking paint! And i like the interior.
I had a GIANT smile the first time i saw MY emerald phoenix in the hanger.
Until they fix the carrack, em connie will be my daily.

I think this ship has an interesting interior. I like the one-way glass and all that but I think it needs another something else to make it *luxury*

(it's point defense system)
But yeah, that's sick! I didn't know about it until you said something. Cool.

I’ll be glad when this ship’s function is in the game, doing NPc transports.
I'm an Andromeda fan myself. I would really like missile boats to have a role in the game.
The emerald is the ultimate status symbol ^.^
I was never able to catch the Emerald on sale by itself.
The sale is over. Was looking for it this morning
I have one also, it's the white version, wish it gets a gold pass soon
I think the layout is silly but after they fix it, I think it'll be the perfect Connie.

I thought the Emerald had a grand piano instead of a meeting table?
as nice as it looks, I just cant imagine using an actual luxury ship in game.
did u get a lynx rover to ur emerald cous i only got the ursarover and a Cyclone
Check your ASOP. The Lynx is added as a loaner and doesn't show in your account pledge hangar.
mhh no bathroom for the passengers :)
its so green
its a lie, it should come with a Lynx rover, but it does NOT, wasn't in the cargo, wasn't in the ground vehicle summoning platforms, wasn't anywhere.
Came with mine, might be a bug on your end.
@@lifeonabike8691 not just my end, watch the video, rover should be there in the Cargo, its not.
