it's funny, I only read the first 2 comments and they are arguing. this video is pretty good advice for the dumbass who would even consider purchasing a truck without a bed liner. & I'm pretty sure if your going to spend $35,000-$40,000-$50,000 on a new pickup truck you won't be dropping and load of bricks 6 feet high into the bed regardless of what the bed is made of, & if your to lazy to set a tool box down in the bed of your truck like a normal person I would advise you to get a truck bed tool box. & for the Chevrolet fans, if you think your truck is better because it made of steel, you're wrong. and I'll explain why. steel is extremely heavy, Ford has decided to change to aluminum beds and body is to lower the weight on the truck to get better fuel mileage, ford motor company tested the 2011 F-150 3.5L Ecoboost fuel consumption to the new 2016 F-150 Ecoboost that has the all aluminum body and bed. it proved that it not only got better fuel milage. it's funny, the Chevrolet was the number 1 sell vehicles and was rewarded all of them rewards but what you guys fail to understand is that Obama was the reason. when he decided to offer a rain check to all of the major car manufacturers, including Ford. Chevrolet took bailout money because they where 3.8 million dollars in the hole. Ford was the only company that didn't except the bailout money, because they didn't need it. keep in mind, it was Harley Davidson motorcycles, then came ford motor company. congratulations Chevrolet owners your paying money to Obama. he bought your truck for you. your just paying him back. lmfao

Not you obviously. These beds need to stand up to carrying engines, ford made another shopping cart for all the low t beta men who use them as dailys cause they afraid of not being in a truck

Wtf the Silverado changed anyone else notice
My question is why would someone dump bricks like that into a truck? That probably why Ford’s bed broke cause basically no one would treat their truck like that also aluminum doesn’t rust
FORD!!!!👍☺
chevy
Ford & Toyota
Wouldn't a linex bed liner solve the problem?
it's funny, I only read the first 2 comments and they are arguing. this video is pretty good advice for the dumbass who would even consider purchasing a truck without a bed liner. & I'm pretty sure if your going to spend $35,000-$40,000-$50,000 on a new pickup truck you
won't be dropping and load of bricks 6 feet high into the bed regardless of what the bed is made of, & if your to lazy to set a tool box down in the bed of your truck like a normal person I would advise you to get a truck bed tool box. Ford was the only company that didn't except the bailout money, because they didn't need it. keep in mind, it was Harley Davidson motorcycles, then came ford motor company. congratulations Chevrolet owners your paying money to Obama. he bought your truck for you. your just paying him back. lmfao
Joshua MacDonald You dumbass, Ford DID take a Government loan. Stop being a Ford Homer. if you are in love with Ford, good for you. But don't treat your opinion as fact.
Joshua MacDonald Cant stand that Ford took Government cash too... Hahaha... Stupid little bitch
Joshua MacDonald Here are the facts you stupid $hit. Read it, if you can.

your trying to educate me with information regarding the company I work for, i don't care want you think you know, that's completely fine, if you strongly believe want you are saying then I'm sorry for the dumbass who gave you that information. I appreciate your time you have wasted responding to my previous post. i kind expect never the less. but I will print this out and post it up in the lobby at work so I'm not the only one enjoying your humorous inquiries.
Joshua MacDonald Good for you. You work for Ford and know it all. I give 2 $hits less. I didnt write the article. Forbes did. I couldn't care less about what you think either. People should drive what they like. Get over yourself.
Silverado vs Ford ranger test drive i want to know whose is better in all stages please guys
Who the fuck is dropping pounds of bricks on the bed of a truck
GTA Boss Sometimes bricks will fall into our beds, or tree logs. As for tool boxes we would set them on the side of the bed but sometimes we would accidently bump into it and it would fall. Us workers or mechanics depend on trucks that will withstand our abuse we give them. And not show us that it's not dependable for the job we require.
Who even very gently puts in bricks without a bedliner??
Icy x drifter x well let's see my dad carry's all kinds of crap in his its an 2002 silverado. It does not have single hole in the bed.
me
Not you obviously. These beds need to stand up to carrying engines, ford made another shopping cart for all the low t beta men who use them as dailys cause they afraid of not being in a truck
But its f150 xlt? Or lariat?
ford f150 is 10x better
PrettyPrincess99 chevy rocks ford sucks

And What about how dumb Chevy is?
Noah Fabulous
Agreed. All the so-called “rewards” are issued across GM, they don’t even rate Fords because Fords would always come out on top.
Aluminum shots I would always buy a Chevy no matter what compared to a Ford😀
ford is better

INDEED
I think it's funny that by the end of 2018, Chevy is going aluminum body also. Haha
