So cool to see how he has reached this point. Really makes you reflect on yourself and where you are on the road to becoming a producer or engineer. I am just starting as an engineer, working with a lot of talented artists and finding my way during studio sessions. There is a long way to go, but I am loving every step I take!
Dave Cobb and Brendan O'Brien are the 2 Best Producers ! I Mixed Sound for a Couple of Bands that Brendan Played Guitar in Back In the 70's "Pranks" & "Samurai Catfish" Long Before He was Producing Records for Bruce Springsteen & Pearl Jam & Black Crowes, I Have Known Brendan since He was 13 Years Old Walking Around All Day With A Les Paul Strapped Around His Neck All Day Every Day, But That Is Why He Is So Fuckin' Good At Producing Albums !
@@bohusl You are 💯 right. Apparently another producer by the name of David Ferguson was involved. The guy produced for a lot of great artists including Johnny Cash, John Prine, and U2.
Dave Cobb, I love your vibe and your philosophy of how to have fun and make great music.

Dave is the man!

This guy produced the best albums for Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, and Tyler Childers. I rest my case.
I think Sturgill Simpson produced Tyler Childers album. Not that it really matters, because Cobb is still the man.
@Perverted Alchemist I don't listen to those guys as much, but I'll check them out. Thanks.
