my husband and I were there in 2016 and enjoyed it so much. if you get a chance to go, we spent 2 hrs and learned so much. thank you for sharing nancy.
Johnny Cash and George Jones were always by lifetime musical heroes by far. No other Country Male Singers just compared to either one of them. My favorite hit from Johnny was "Ring of Fire" and from George was "It's Been A Good Year For The Roses." I will always love them both. Mark Moody - Turner, Maine USA 04282
I. Don’t know what the fans would have to be forgiving for, when it came to George Jones? Even tho he was ashamed of things he had done in his younger years, it was a part of him that for reasons only known to him, was self destructive. I drank and at times did things that I was ashamed of but, what would Jones feel that his fans would have to forgive him? He finally realized he was worthy of his fans, and felt he owed them loyalty such as they gave him, which he fulfilled and appreciated his fans every time he spoke. Once we forgive ourselves, you stop being so ashamed of yourself and accept and appreciate what you have. I have been a George Jones fan for the most of my seventy two years and will continue to be until death. As long as he sang, you could feel his pain or happiness thru his music, so no need to forgive anything, just to have been there listening to him sing, you were his therapy, listening and understanding, and he yours. I hope you understand this, we are all human, and George Jones, was just a good ole country boy!
Thanks for the great time we had back at willie's place down in tx.mr jones tammy and willie. I hope that you placed that little cd.in your museum. Their hearts are still very special.
George, Merle, Alan, George Strait, Johnny, Vince,Waylon, Willie, Lefty, Randy, Garth & The Man who started it all Hank Williams. & Marty Stuart along with them who everyday keeps The Torch burning 🎙🎸🎻📻
Tammy and george will always be awesume.but for people to dog nancey thats ju$t not right.only george.and nancey.and god .knows what .there lives and life now is.so dont be hating .on people you dont no any thing about.
I wish people would appreciate Nancy more.. yes he was married to Tammy and made awsome music together.. but they moved on (not his choice) yes George was messed up greatly in the day.. but please give Nancy the respect..... even Tammy's 5th husband and brother even did him dirty.... from what I read. So come on people.
Yea that may very well be but the marriage didn't work. Not only because of George but Tammy had her own health issues and addictions to deal with.. it took a fourth and final wife to mend George Jones. She saved him from himself.. she was the soul mate George needed to save his finances, his career and ultimately his life..or he would have died a lot younger. And even to this day she is ther for him keeping his legacy alive.
@@melodygoodman6731 I believe his "kids" were all middle age adults , but I don't know all the details about what went on in his family , and I'm pretty sure you don't either. ....George lived a very complicated life....and died very wealthy , so I'm sure it was a hell of a mess when he passed away. ....peace.
Thank you beautiful Nancy. God Bless.

Is Tammy included in this musem, she was a large part of his singing success.
tammy was hiz heart but she sure ax hell ant thr reazon he is George jones enough said😕
George Jones was a star long before he met Tammy wynette
Sad it's closed now
Did George want a Museum or was it Nancys idea?
Why doing as she has married again
It won't be Nancy Jones that people will remember as his wife, it will always be Tammy Wynette.
What a shitty thing to say !

Oh plz stop her ✋ she loved him that much she sold his home, museum and remarried a con man kirk west the museum manger who was jailed for fraud.
Googled that. It mentions him being a con man but her not marrying him. Not saying it's not true but its probably covered up.
Is so true
Selena’s Family should take note ...that’s a crappy museum they have for her
