BOA - Has Weasel met Richtofen before? I saw a new section of his journal and it looked like there was a crude sketch of himself meeting Edward Richtofen (the Primis version) but I’m not 100% sure!
Most likely since Primis Richtofen did go to MotD to collect the characters blood vials

The great leap was an actual event in China. It took place around 1963, hence why it was in the radio. Relating real events and mixing it with the zombies world.
It could also tie in with the zombies and how they were tried to be made into soldiers but it failed horribly.
Kino is such an amazing map, so I'm glad we're still finding new things hidden in the walls of this map
I think it's overrated
Way to overrated, the map isn’t that good it’s just a old map people started zombies with so they are blinded by nostalgia and say it’s amazing when it’s actually a bland uninspired boring snooze fest of a zombies map

BOA, There is two possibilities behind the brown door:
=> Maxis constructing the sophia robot but i don't think so cuz it's in 28 Octobre 1963 and the subject 2-6 was in 1943.
=> The last possiblity which is very possible is that message in Classified of McNamara sending an American crew in Kino to investigate and going lunatic which seems to me to be the answer:

The Great Leap Forward Easter egg pointed out from the Wii version of Kino der Toten was interesting for me to learn about. I grew up being limited to playing Call of Duty only on the Wii and Nintendo DS until I was able to purchase Call of Duty games for the PC off from Steam. So, it is both weird and amazing to know there was something in the Wii version that stood out from the others. I remember when people uploaded RUclips videos of cracking through their Wii version of Call of Duty Black Ops to find hidden parts of the Multiplayer menu suggesting that Wii players were supposed to get DLC. The only other obvious plan that Wii players were supposed to get DLC was through looking at the “maps” list of the zombie mode.
I also had Black Ops on the Wii, then I got my 360. It was crazy the differences between the two consoles, and not just with the graphics

Me and my dad used to play split screen on the 360. I was so scared and my dad loved zombies. Like movies and stuff. Now he doesn't like the new zombies because he thinks it's to complicate unlike WAW and BO1. He also gets dizzy now. Sadly my 360 is broken so BO1 is now in the past. I hope they remaster it.

I think this Great Leap Foward does refer to Die Rise because it's in China and it technically is a factory.

I missed the old bo1 waw maps mainly because of how creepy they were. The old maps gave us a more creepy and scary vibe while zombies now doesn't(really I don't know how to explain it),I loved playing kino no doubt my favorite map in bo1 was kino mainly because of its theme and creepy vibes,and y'all got to agree with me here the sound guns made in bo1 and waw sounded way more like their actual selves back then then today's bo3 and kino actually looked realistic it looked real,and probably my favorite out of all the smallest details is that u can see the reflection of light in ur gun which u can't see anymore in today's game

It’s interesting that Maxis in Kino is voiced not by Fred Tasticore but by Andrew Divoff the voice actor who Voiced Kravchenko in BO1, BO2, BOCW and BOCW Zombies!

Not sure if anyone else hears a guy screaming in the room with the pharo on the wall in bo3, but in kino, one of the spawns in the second room upstairs you can hear a guy screaming and yelling "Why?!" like he's getting torn alive.
The radio about the Great Leap Forward may be one of the films Maxis showed the Zombies to pacify them - showing how propaganda works in an attempt to get the same effect.
But it looks like the Zombies were more into Dutch history, because they ate the boss.

They are not exactly geniuses. They have retconned and re-written almost everything in the storyline because they don't have full plans
