I struggle the most with the Jumbos because my gun can't pen the frontplate (only in close combat the machine gun port is reliable) But when the enemy angles the Jumbo you can shoot at the first suspension and the shell will find it's way to the ammo storage.
@@McKonggamingI am no expert but Don't shoot the suspension it's not a sure one shot, the tiger gun is accurate enough to shoot the jumbo gun and the fixed machine gunner port which is a sure one shot Also you forgot to mention the cupola for Tiger H1 if you get shot there you can kiss your commander and gunner goodbye.

Yes that is a good advice. But it is also why I always aim for the cupola/ commanders hatch when I encounter a tiger h1. It can always be penetrated, no matter the angle
@@McKonggaming Yes, I've learned that the hard way but hey at least now I know, and speaking of which I just took out 3 Tiger's in one go thanks to the hatch so, yeah... trial by fire works but tips help too.
this helped considering every time i am killed in my H1 is because I'm head on to the enemy. Even when im thinking angles, angles angles....get into a fight and killed straight on. Need practice is all i guess.
Practice helps a lot. Sometimes I catch myself rushing into the battles with the tiger h1 when I didn't play it for a while. Distance and patience really helps to play this tank
As new player who use tiger h1 and panther A, 8 out of 10 always find a good enemy's , the thing is they always target either my gunner or my gun breach so i cant shoot them back and when i try to back away mofo shot my track so ill be a sitting duck waiting to get wreck, things i learned fast is who ever shot first and kill hes the winner so even if u angle ur tanks if u shot them and they didnt die pray that they are not targeting ur gunner or gun breach. Just my experience here.

Yeah I also experienced the same. The tiger 1 is the first heavytank you get with germany and I expected that it could brawl more. They really benefit of keeping some distance to the enemy at the start of the match and later close up and brawl as the strongest enemies are destroyed
Always angle your amour (point a corner towards the enemy) and never carry a full load of ammo, I only take maybe 20-25 shells and never run out. Also don’t play it like it’s the invincible legend, play it like a well armoured tank destroyer. Also an Ace crew really help. Honestly it’s the best tank for me and the last one I’ll take out in a game as I want to try and do well with other ones that aren’t as good first.
4:36 there is a Gap big enough for Shermans and Tigers between 2 buildings at A Point. Its really good but it's also unfair to other players. A KV-2 and/or KV-1 (L-11). The KV-2 can take some hits but not like the KV-1. The KV-1 Can take a SUBSTANTIAL amount of hits when it's angled towards the enemy. The most ive taken was about 62 hits hits before I was unable to to anything and unfortunately was forced to J out
Will keep that spot in mind. Always a critical position to pass A on the way to B. The KV 1 is really strong in downtiers and when the enemy doesn't know the weakspots it can survive a long time

Yeah, unfortunately. But so far I also discoverd two tanks that actually can use their armor in a downtier match or close two it. The 76 mm Jumbo and the t-44. Maybe the superpershing as well but it also has this weakspot at the side of it's turret.
Not really. Just try to guess where m18 will pop out from and there is usually the same spot m18 pop out from. With HEAT being useful again thanks to pressure mechanics now you can knock ebr down shooting at them in whatever part of the vehicle even the wheels.
Yeah, by now the EBR spam is less and matches are playable again. But good hint with the HEAT. Does it also work with lower pen values for the HEAT? Like 10 mm
I’m embarrassed to say I was one of those Tiger players who’d just charge the enemy straight on yelling, “I’m invincible” and exploding with a one shot every time for what felt like a couple of years. I only really figured out my mistake when I’d come up against other Tigers and wonder why my shots were bouncing.
Don't be embarrased. Coming from the pzr4s thar fight all those heavy armored russian tanks one really wants to play a armored tank as well. In my opinion it is just normal to expect the tiger has some armor for it's BR and can brawl.

I bound "view in battle- ground (xaxis) to a button to activate it. In addition I bound a second ry, the right stick on the controller to look left and right. You find it under "controls>ground forces>camera control". On PC you may use a keybinding to activate it and the mouse to look around. Like " X+mouse left right. It helped me, to look around without turning the turret and also when I fly, but I don't know if this is the best way to do it :)

5.3 ist wirklich ein verrücktes BR. Du hast hier ein interessantes Pähänomen erwähnt. Mit den deutschen Panzern ist es nicht so einfach direkt am Start des Matches zu den Caps zu kommen. Bis auf wenige Panzer sind sie langsamer alsl z.B. die amerrikanischen Panzer. Deshalb beginnen viele matches damit dass (bis auf die Pumas) m18s etc am cap sind. Mit dem Tiger ist man dann meistens erst am Cap wenn der Gegner es schon hat und sich daneben in einer guten Position versteckt hat. Ich kann nur aus Erfahrung sprechen: Ich hatte die besten Matches mit den TIgern wenn ich es langsam angehen lassen habe und auf meinem Weg zum Cap so viele Gegner wie möglich rausgenommen habe.

I use the brain with tiger too. I can get 9 kills in a game at times with the tiger h1. Also tiger players should avoid the tiger e since it is uptiered easily and has crazy repair costs.
Sounds great. I actually like to play the tiger E. Yes uptiers are even more a pain with this tank but when you know how to play it, it can be a great tank. You can check my guide an gameplay for it if you want. Cheers
For me as well. You want to trick them into wasting their shot and suffer the long reload. Also, same as for the tiger h1 the commanders hatch is a weakspot. For the IS2 this means it is immediately destroyed.
@@McKonggaming Im not that skilled even if they missed their shot they go back to cover or jiggle their tank and usually they have a friend I belive I only destroyed 2 IS 2s out of my 200+ kill with tiger h1
Personally I am really fine with the tiger e at 5.7. For me the tiger h1 has just two disadvantages I don't like. The big commanders hatch and the granate launcher at the edges that block the gun.

I feel bad for ignoring the tiger H1 for so long and rushing through to the King Tiger. This tank is amazing.

That is a good summary. If possible also go hull-down and use the gun depression.

It sure took me some time as well to get used to detect enemies. Most of the time I asume where an enemy has to be or will appear.

Tiger h1 should be 4.7 and I could be a wheraboo I am and destroy everone
