You could have asked me. :) The 70-300 is one of my favorite lenses. Great on the X-T4, and now great on the X-H2S. I must try the 1.4 teleconverter someday.

Thanks for another helpful video, Warren! I'll be adding a telephoto lens to go with my X-H2s in the future and I think the 70-300 (possibly with 1.4x Teleconverter) is looking like the way I'll go. I used to have the Canon 100-400mm, so I initially thought about going with the Fuji 100-400. But after a bit of reading and watching videos like yours, I think the 70-300 will give me 90% (or more) of the quality and features with far less size/weight and even some cost savings.

Having the 100-400, 150-600 and the 70-300, the 70-300 punches way above it weight. It is a great every day Lens do to its weight and focal length. Having the 1.4x converter will give you added focal length with almost no weight added. The other two lens are stellar. But tend to be for more specialized use.

@@warrenc2306 - I think I'm going to buy the 70-300 in the next few weeks so I can take it with me on an upcoming family trip to Europe. Do you have an affiliate link I can use to purchase from B&H?

Thanks for the video. It looks like there was a ton of purple fringing on the clip of the hawk (ruclips.net/video/63B0I69qDJU/видео.html). I'm curious if that was due to the 1.4x extender or the 70-300? Have you compared it to the 50-140 or 100-400 (wrt fringing/chromatic aberration)?

Glad you liked the video. I believe it was me and not being ready to capture the hawk. I have not had issue with it until that moment. Setting were not good but I did not want to lose the hawk. I just went out with the 150-600mm and 100-400mm. I am looking to do a video on that soon.
