I just got an Odyssey G5, 34 inches and it tilts, guys. Grab it with both hands from the middle, top and bottom side, push the top hand and pull towards you from the bottom side and I guarantee will tilt with no harm done to your screen. Don't know why you're making so big of a fuss about the ergonomics. A VESA wall mount is quite cheap and solves all issues. As for a gaming monitor, I don't know why VAs are being pushed to the market, it's a crap technology. Bad color gamut and accuracy and dark level smearing. I would take TN over VA any day if IPS isn't available.
my question if anyone can help me. i am using it currently on my sereis x, the g5, I LOVE it the graphics are pin point and that curve is so immersive, i am just stumped as i can not find a game that offers 120 hz, and when i do find a game that utilizes the true hz, and am comparing to a non 120 hz game, or turning the settings on a 120hz game off and on to 60hz and back to 120hz and i can not and do not know if i am playing in true 120 hz because when i turn settings off and on between games at 120hz and then turning the setting off and trying it vice versa i can not tell a difference, so i am stumped as if i am actually getting true buttery smooth performance, it seems legit, i just do not know what my true fps is in games, fyi. so i am stumped to if i should just game on my 4k 60 hz monitor or keep this for future games that may offer 120 hz, it is a 1440p monitor, and what if a game is 4k, 120hz. will my monitor output 1440p 120 hz? is my point. please help anyone and thanks and much appreciated.
Make sure you are using a display port cable AND have changed display settings in windows. You are probably stuck at 60 hz if you haven't done those things.
Hello, I see that there is a USB SERVICE PORT, could you try charging your cellphone using this USB type A port and tell me if works? . What happend is that I wanna connect a USB Monitor Light Bar and I wanna know if this can work in this USB SERVICE PORT. Thank you!
Hey! So, service ports on monitors are usually USB 2.0, so even if they theoretically should support some power, it's very minor and likely not enough to power up the light bar.
