I was surprised how much I loved this build. Can't agree more about those door mechanisms! These doors are incredible and unlike any other build I've seen. Almost worth the entire build just to play with these incredible doors. Lots of interesting techniques and great tiles on this guy. It's a beauty.
Being the classic american automotive nut case that i am, the hood is very indicative of mid 1950's ford f100s. Even the V8 badge is ford inspired (tho mid to late 30's inspired)
Really like it Bricksie. Only one complaint. They’ve gone to all the trouble of the cool print piece on the rear but we get stickers for the door and plate 😕. Guessing the door might have been unavoidable but disappointing. Not a sticker fan.
Nice looking set - sadly falls into my “would love, but due to limited space will probably give it a miss” category. Love all the accessories - really finishes it off.

Is it possible that it’s designed so that when you spin the radiator cap, the fan spins, and not the other way around? Seems more logical. Lol. This is a great review; after not being blown away initially by this truck, seeing you point out the details and build quality has changed my mind enough to add this to my wish list.

Get yourself a corner garage and assembly square. For 400 dollars you should be able to buy both. The corner garage is to be retired soon, so get it while you can. Another great set is the bookshop, little cheaper than the assembly square.
This thing is a beauty! I cannot wait to build it myself and display it next to the other Creator Expert vehicles, and even with the christmas reef in the holiday season! Really cool, and i'm only a little jalous to see you already having it in your collection!

I think that not having a license for this really let the designers get really creative with this, quite a good set!

This truck is cute, nice display piece, playable set, cool features, lots of accessories. It is well thought out. Designers had a blast, I'm sure.
When I first saw it, I knew I had to pre-order it. Seeing this makes me want it that much more.
