Ep44 Makita Drill Repair

My trusty Makita drill/driver was blowing smoke....its had too many 'hot suppers"! Having said that I hate to throw things away, this is just another opportunity to repair.

What do you mean with "hot suppers"?

Just an expression meaning the tool has been used ( or even abused! ) until it gets too hot to hold.
