The first drink you tried is made with sweet anise, sugar and sugarcane liquor, it's called "anisado" aniseed.
No everybody drink that because it's too sweet and 40% alcohol therefore the hangover is horrible, Yeah, a shot
is not bad, nothing happen. The second shot is well known pina colada "piña colada" made with rum, pineapple,
coconut cream and condensed milk. Keep it up your great videos guy.

This is heartbreaking for the Ecuadorian vendors and their economy.

Enjoying your Ecuador videos. I’m headed there on Monday. I’m spending a week in Cuenca and a week in Quito. This will be my 2nd visit. I absolutely love Ecuador. And yes, when I was there last time (about 1.5 years ago), it was much more lively than what I’m seeing in your videos. I’m interested to see how it is next week in Cuenca as that area is supposedly a bit safer than Quito. Quito is still part of the red zone where Cuenca is yellow. Thanks for your perspective on Quito!

If you are in the indigenous market, it is made in Ecuador. Any places north of Quito have seen very little change in daily life. Plenty of tourists in Cotacachi. You are in the wrong place at the wrong time. The increase in our crime is caused my the out of control increasing demand for drugs by the U.S., So immediate reaction has been to limit anyone coming into Ecuador along with FBI reports for any incoming from the U.S. This wil not last long and you see very little concern when you come north of Quito. The main problem has been with cartels shooting anyone tht interferres with them getting their drugs to the ports. It is no the U.S. and malls are not the popular thing to do. Lived here 12 years. These are outdoor people as we have fantastic weather.

Since it's natural for you to ask to taste the goods, you should at least learn how to say "sample or test" in Spanish. - Puedo probar

I watched the last video, and I'll say this again, You are making opinionated comments based on ZERO experience. But your sensational headlines will cause public reaction. So basically, you're an influencer who doesn't know squat.

Exacto y eso no ayuda a recibir más turistas, pero mi país no quiere gente que se queja y no paga el precio real de las cosas y negocia. En sus países cuando uno va tiene que pagar lo que cuesta y no andar llorando por centavos. Odio la gente así.

You should not say this. This person does his best to speak Spanish . I bet he speaks French too. How many languages can YOU speak?
