Very informative video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills. We had very high water bill and after assessment, Anglian Water Technician said that there was no leakage found. However, we paid a plumber to discover that the flush valve/flapper needs replacing as it was causing extra water leaking into the toilet. Now Anglian water refuse to acknowledge that there was any leakage and expects us to pay extortionate payment.
