We've wanted to try this challenge for a longgggg time! "10 CAL THOU CHAL" - only now do we realise we're saying it the wrong way around "10 THOU CAL CHAL" duuuuh. Apologies for the lengthy video and numerous time lapses - but if you don't film it, it didn't happen.. right?

Because people are tired of being locked up in their homes.
JoHanna D'Angelo but why eat in the car, eat in the garden or in the park or somewhere else in a car is probably the worst place really. Car gets messy, awkward seating position, nosy people walking past
@@billionone4100 I understand. It is awkward sitting in you're car eating. For me I get self conscious so I would probably be in my car eating vs outside. Unless, I was with someone.

I think the key is variety.
This girl did it so easily but she had single/double portions of a massive variety of calorie dense foods on 1 plate.
She tried bits of everything so her taste buds never got sick of any 1 thing and the calories just added up.
There were a few exceptions when she ate a large portion of some of her favorite foods.
This would be so fun to see you guys as well as your sister and her fiance do all together!!

How did you mangage with your diabetes? I have diabetes type 1 myself, and could imagine it being very difficult to control the blood sugar while eating 10.000 calories 🙈.

Awesome that you guys got so many vegan and vegetarian options. I try and do that for my 10,000 calorie challenges as well. I did a 100% vegan challenge a while ago but it was way harder haha!! When you have things like Five Guys and Dominos its easy to get to 10,000 calories. when I'm not doing challenges I eat like 98% plant based fo sure.
