Same! Literally, I’m 5’5 and I’ve lost around 40lbs. I’m now down to 129lbs and my goal weight is 125lbs. Once I get there, I’m doing the 10K challenge and stuffing my fat face CRAZY. Obvs I’ll gain weight, but it’s just one day. I’ll deal with that the day after. But I just want 1 day with no restrictions! 😋

These kind of videos really triggered me and my binging in the past and i always wished to have an excuse to eat that much. But now watching this makes me feel sick, so much sugar and fat 😂 I realize that I'm healing and have a healthier relationship with food now. I don't need or want to eat a lot of sugary fat stuff. I can eat 1 or 2 cookies and be statisfied and happy. I want to eat healthy and I love to eat healthy but little treats make me happy tho! Thank you for making me realize that! I really enjoyed the video netherless. 😁
