Sunitha, Thanks to Mathrubhumi and our beloved poet Sri. SKT for this excellent tribute to the musical genius MSV! Sri Thampi sir's each and every comment is very precise and to the point. I would like to point out a minor error in this excellent tribute. The song " Unnai Kaanatha Kannum " (begins at 26:49) was composed by KV Mahadevan, not MSV. Please remove that piece alone, if possible!

MSV യു മായി യേശുദാസ് പിണങ്ങിyath Jayachandrane നല്ല അവസരങ്ങള്‍ കിട്ടുന്നതിന്‌ സഹായിച്ചു.
I must copiousely thank Mr. Srikumaran for his consistent observation which has thrown light on the relative role played by this in making the songs a cultural treasury. While the tune is designed by MSV the background tune, orchestration and interlude is the contribution of TKR.
It is an indisputable fact the richeness and sweetness is missing in the latet composition of MSV after the breakup.
kadir ismail 1964 itself they departed, from 1964 to 1986 M.S.V alone did music for so many films. So please check the list of the films (only by M.S.V) in the website MSV fans club. 90 percent of M.G.R and Sivaji Ganesan films music was by the Greatest Music Synonym M.S.V only
Sir after break tkr failed but MSV had great moments because tkr is not familiar in making tune as MSV if listen tkr music after break you found vague in music and poor in orchestra iam not degrading tkr but as music lovers and player in music iam penning this comment not only to you and also to entire world adv Santhosh Kumar

@@hajamohaideen3821 It is not job in fact not willing to underestimate MSV's prowess. Failure to score music as many as MSV does not mean TKR's inability.
One important fact which one should not ignore is MSV orchestra which was originally HMV orchestra in which TKR was the original director even before CR Subbraman.
After the break up MSV retained the party and TKR was partyless and hence forced to rely on the mediocre Ramulu the assistant director to V.Kumar.
HMV party is western oriented music party formed to play music for English rulers ballroom.
TK Ramamurthy was a total failure in composing, background scoring. He was just there with MSV as a violinist. Just no contribution from him till their separation. After that TKR got 17 films in 18 years. Tkr’s orchestration was below average . One producer cum director T. R. Ramannah associated with him in half of his total films. My observation is based on the information given by a film related person after their split. Sorry for any wrong information.
