If its illegal to own one that large, why does bass pro shops own one? What makes them so special?!! Are us little guys not as important as a major realtor that likely stiffs its own employees out of decent wages?

We’re they already captured because they’re considered a pest? I met someone around me that claimed he had a huge pond that will stock bass pro in my town- whether he was telling the truth or not i dont know, but I’m definitely interested in how they obtain their fish and why them over a private fish owner.
