I saw a CLT this past week and mentioned that I'd been looking through loads of videos online for guidance, and that I had found someone good. The therapist said, "well, you need to be careful about stuff you find on YT, but I'll show you one that's a good reference:" She pulled up your video. "Yeah, that's her," I said.

How long does it have to pass to start manual lymph drainage after radiation therapy? Or it's safe to begin even during radiation therapy?

So happy that I've found your channel. A year out from breast cancer radiation with previous reconstruction. The fibrosis is unreal. I've been through PT with a lymphedema specialist and it was an improvement to range of motion. Can dry brushing help with fibrosis? Will it help to soften/loosen up the hard tissue? Searching everywhere for even the slightest hope of relief.

Yes, this. I understand that fibrosis keeps marching on, so it's important to find a way to arrest or reverse it. Dr. Berg, DC, has a video where he recommends a particular type of Vitamin E. I've also read that dopamine is important, too. I'm searching for someone I love, and that's what I've found.

Mam I am from Pakistan, Nice to listen you. My daughter 17.6 is suffering from Soft Tissue Mass on Lower Limb Right Thigh Knee Back (4" over Knee Joint). Cyst is removed by Ortho Surgeon. After 4 months it reoccurred & In Shifa Int Hospital its repeat surgery was done by a Expert Surgeon. Oncologist advised 33 sessions Radiation, I am worried her Bone or Physique may not be effected. What are the precautionary measures we may prepare & How can she prevent post radio effects? Necessary guidance is requested please? Stay Blessed

Are there any long term side effects of radiation, other than scarring or scar tissue buildup and stiffening of the muscles?

Yes! I have the worst pain

The doctors don’t tell you, you can have side effects years, yes year later. Your skin where you had the radiation is extremely thin, which can cause many problems. That skin will never be the same as it was before. A long term plan to treat this area is important.

Long term side effects may vary depending on where your radiation treatment is. My oncologist has been really clear with me about the likelihood of each possible side effect and when it is likely to occur. I am having radiotherapy on my brain so my long term side effects include possible strokes, diabetes, reduced vision and memory loss. Whilst everyone experiences cognitive impairments as they age mine could start earlier.
But I don't think any of these side effects are something to worry about if you were having treatment elsewhere in the body.
I believe there is a slightly increased risk of a secondary tumour developing (i.e. not related to the original tumour).
Rarely short term side effects like hair loss and skin changes can be permanent. Your doctor should go through it all with you because it is unique to each person. And of course you can ask questions if you aren't sure.
