Sorry for the long delay in videos! I will be posting an update video soon with Info about Vector Sigma 3 and Rivals 3 as well as other projects coming! Please be patient and know they are all being worked on! Please try not to fill the comments with questions about these other projects. This is just a simple video I made for my fellow collectors and I decided to let it be public so it was searchable.
Do the leg bots/cars can only orientate and placed on the back of Menasor's thighs or can be turned around to look like Combiner Wars look?
DX9 chose to make it just like the G1 cartoon. They did not make it dual purpose, unfortunately.

Question for you... in talking to other colleagues, they are experiencing issues with Breakdown/Montana not staying on the Menasor/Atilla leg (due to crappy pegs). If you could create a similar adapter for Montana, I think it would help address that issue for a lot of collectors.
What filament do you use, and that 3d pritner you lined in the first amazon link is the one you use? Would it be useful for making customs guns or weapons that have a 5mm peg for CHUG figures and all, and I could also make custom parts like you did? Also what software did you use to model it? Thanks.
I currently have a Creality CR-10S Pro. I have been using eSun PLA+ for filament. I like it’s extra strength and it’s been working very well. The problem with these FDM printers is any of them really can’t pull of the ultra fine detail. So for a part like this that is hidden, this cool is great! But if you want to have tiny details, it’s not the best option also pegs can be tricky to get really strong and stable. We are going to be moving to a SLA printer for more detailed prints, but I’m concerned about fragility. I’ll know towards the end of the year when my SLA printers arrive. For software I use Fusion 360.

Any thoughts on making a front plate to allow the bots to be screen from the front?
There are some that have done that. If you search the TFW2005 3rd party forums, you should find some folks that have done that. I was considering it at one point, but I have since decided against it, especially when others already existed.
@@GrafXMotion I have searched the internet far and wide with no luck. I can only find one person and he is ALWAYS sold out.
No one still makes the upgrade kit to move it to the front of the leg.
@TheIntern83 Interesting. The problem with 3 D printed parts is they will always be more expensive than a company can produce, as the cost per part is much higher on small limited runs. Not to mention packaging and shipping costs would be higher. And the R&D to create the working part. Then if it shows, you have to worry about color matching. So there is a lot to consider, that is why we held back several 3D part developments. The profit margin is so small per order.

Graf-X Motion eh, I don’t really mind accuracy. Some G1 designs are pretty outdated lol. Like, would you buy a headless G1 accurate Ironhide/Ratchet?
Well, I’m less interested in G1 toy accuracy and more interested in cartoon accuracy. We all know the hand drawn stuff changes a lot, but I think the essence of the character is important.
