@@carguy9472 At the moment, there's no real plan on what to do next. I would really love to have bucket seats installed to hold me more firmly when I'm chucking the car through turns. Aside from that, might readjust my ride height to accommodate with the updated downforce from the front splitter.
After all those mods, does your car even understeer anymore? If not what makes the biggest difference? Rear anti roll bar? Would love to see some left foot brake in corner or tailbrake. A footcam would be great for next dry session!
It's very hard to say as my run was in the rain from start to finish. On Sepang, there was no understeer at all but this could be due to me carrying less speed throughout the track due to raindrops (drag), wet surface and wet lines. I would love to see its true potential when it's dry though but until then, praying for a sunny Melaka this July. The rear anti roll bar was upgraded one week after getting the car along with the installation of the front strut bar. The car's handling is more responsive but it also introduced a firmer ride. Even with those, the car was still facing some understeery and oversteery characteristics. The front splitter did show some huge difference such as straight line speed, braking and taking corners at higher speed (suspension had to be tweaked to make them work). As for Sepang, not much left foot braking as smooth = fast here. I'd do a footcam but I don't have a camera and people might laugh at my 2 pedals, HAHAHA! Thanks for tuning in, appreciate it man!

The AD09 is pretty decent in the rain. It will still behave like any other XUHP tires such as the AD08R where they can hydroplane on deeper or bigger puddles. One good thing about the AD09 is how predictable it is. Even when you’re about to lose control the tired will send signals to you via sound or the feel of the steering. Even when you’re sideways, you will regain traction pretty quickly with these so less chances of nasty accidents. I think you meant AO52(?) The Yokohama AO52 is more suitable for dry driving and performs better on track. If you have to choose, the AD09 is better for daily driving or driving on the streets. Hi there, I have no personal experience on the RE71RS but knowing that it follows the Potenza series characteristics (I run RE004 daily), the dry grip should be on par with what the AD09 has to offer. Perhaps the RE71RS will have a slightly softer sidewalls when compared to the AD09. Both are good tires but the RE71RS is very dry-driving oriented where as the AD09 is more balanced for when it gets wet and slippery - while providing amazing grip when it's dry!

On top of that, the manual transmission was only offered for the 1.3 model. On paper, it’s supposed to have 103HP at crank.
