hmmm car understeer a lot also you shift too early not red lining, I can tell the car have potential but need to be really aggressive

Yes. Anyone with a racing license can participate. Need to apply racing licence with your national motorsports association or get it from Motorsports Association of Malaysia (MAM).

From the intro you are over steering the car, inputs much too sharp and aggressive.

Yeah, old tyre, no grip. The oversteer helps rotate the car and keep speed up. But sometimes over did it.
