I'm up at 3am, babe. Most days. Yoga all day long. Taylor is my inspiration.
Yeah but what time do you get to bed?? I think I heard Taylor say recently that he gets up at 2am. Sleep is the foundation of health, and every study I've read shows that people need 7-8 hours per night. It seems to me they l that consistently getting led than that is suboptimal for both physical and mental well being.
I try to be in bed by 7:30@@YeseniaV92and up by 3:30 or 4. sometimes 2:30

Taylor I see an anger burning in you even as you present with the intention of helping others with anger. There is balance in everything & as an extremely gifted human in so many other ways this seems to be one of your weaknesses. Your desire to help others speaks volumes to who you REALLY are inside…. I hope you don’t go 60 years through life….like I did….before you release yourself from your armor. You will always need a mountain to climb & you will always be unsatisfied when you reach the top. I think your inner goodness will eventually find your contentment.

Marc, your comment interests me. As someone who also struggles with a lot of anger, what do you mean about releasing one's self from their 'armor'? How exactly did you do that?
@@YeseniaV92 The “how” could be different for everyone…I can only speak of my own journey….Taylor speaks of accountability & self discipline & it all starts there. You will never begin to feel better about yourself until you begin to step up & do all the things in life that you know in your heart you should be doing but avoid or deny. Health & fitness, cleanliness, decent diet & organization of your life will be a huge beginning. When you feel better about yourself through those improvements you can be happier with who YOU really are & look at yourself honestly, reflect on your life & be accountable for everything….even things that you think you may not be responsible for, look at them & realize how you’ve contributed to bringing them into your life & accept those painful times as part of your growth & be happy for those lessons in life. You have learned & are better now because of those experiences. Armor….remember your self as a child or even look at a child like pre 6 years old & see the beauty of their freedom…before society gets a hold of them…free of jealousy, envy, judgement…no real inhibitions just free to be themselves . That was you once….then you became embarrassed over something or mistreated or left out, made fun of…whatever. For each one of those situations through out an entire lifetime you have altered, “improved “ created a defense mechanism in order to continue to be, loved, accepted, cool, bad ass…whatever you thought you wanted to project to the world in order to be admired & accepted. This is the “armor” that I’m referring to. We’ve covered ourselves in so much of the bullshit of life that WE don’t even know who we really are anymore. We are all basically clones or imitations of whoever it is we think we want to be while giving up the beauty of our own individuality in doing so….people in today’s society are just knockoffs of each other. Go for long walks, think about your life and understand how it all has developed you and be proud enough of all that to embrace how you are different from others and THAT is what makes special and probably better…get back to that child, that freedom of not caring how others perceive you….you’ll find your true crowd and happiness & lose that armor….I wish for you that you will someday look back on your life and be thankful for every second because it ALL is what made you who you are today which was essentially the long way back around to the real YOU.
@marcr56 @marcr56 Thanks for taking the time for such a thorough response, Marc! I have read it several times, and have screen-shotted it and will refer back to it often. A ton of wisdom and good information there, and a lot for me to consider. You should really think about releasing a 20 minute or so video where you talk about all of this. A lot of guys in your age range have gone viral with similar wisdom-packed videos (ie the 'how to deal with loneliness' video by dry creek wrangler, currently at 4.3 million views... meaning he's made approximately $17k off of that video alone).

Just like with training and tracking food, winning with money requires planning, goals, discipline and measurement. “That which gets measured gets worked on” as the saying goes. I figured out these principles as they apply to money years ago and am now figuring out food and training with your guidance!

Im not on your program. But, just watching your vids helps. It makes me think different. The best thing i got from your vids, was when you talked about embrace the suck (i belive you talked about the selection or something). Been there done that. Sucks big time living paycheck to paycheck, and sometimes broke before payday. Not anymore 😁 I looked up the FFL. Some interesting stories from a lot of “unique” guys 👍🏼 Pay isn’t so hot. I think it was your rehab . Good for you TC (and not Trent) and I knew you had lots of quiet time to reflect out there ~ not much of a choice 😂.

Look up the QR codes from the book here on youtube. There you can hear, uncut and uncensored, the NCIS interviews with the accusers and the recordings from the various trials and crossexaminations. But I'm sure you wouldn't want to risk ruining your narrative. Also, you should look into the increasing amount of stories surfacing now about how the Seal community protects its brand over everything else (Lone Survivor, Rob O'Neil, Roberts Ridge, etc.). This was just another brand above all occerence.
Besides - when it all comes down to it - I personally don't care one bit if he stabbed a terririst to death or not. It's a warzone and those IS scumbags do some really wicked horrific things to other human beings. If you feel sympathy for IS, maybe you ought to move to the midde east and chant for their rights. See how that goes.

I heard something about your deployed time counting as double towards pension . Is that true and how much is the pension like US military was 50 percent .
My man have you kicked the coke to this day? I will never forget the day I left . I was in holding waiting to get out . There was a rotation from French Guyana . One guy in mainland France cut his wrist and smashed all the windows in the room . I cleaned up that mess it was terrible .

hey bro im a army vet with just 1 deployment to iraq i was infantry,anyways reason i say this is i always am curious with military and especial special forces types were u ever engaged in combat? have you gotten any confirmed you know, i understand not wanting to mention it but im pretty sure im not the only one whos interested in if you as a seal were in any combat cause ive always imagined that guys in the seals or any special forces capacity always are in combat and most have gotten some confirmed K. think you could make a video speaking on that and especially how you handled that mentally maybe before you "grew" up and how it changed once your got yourself together now granted this all works only if while in the seals u were in combat and in the foreign legion you were in combat but in anyways i think u know what im getting at i think it would be very beneficial especially to other vets like myself..
its wasnt until i was out that i found Stoic philosophy which is helping with PTSD so if you had the benefit of using the "new" you while deployed you might be able to speak to how different it was for you.. WHEW sorry for the long winded comment hope i made enough sense thanks for all you do brother!

We got payed relatively well in my mind and many others mind. In my day DBLE was the best pay and it wasn’t bad. You forget we were trained since before selection to kinda borrow things like even toilet paper. I was also in before the Euro. Shit my original Caperal Chief was actually in Dien!

All your videos have been thoughtful and insight into how to fuck up and comeback from those decisions. All past mistakes and experiences that made you better in the present time. Where do you see yourself at 50 or twenty years down the road when your 60? I am approaching that target date in 6 years and would want you to be in a better state of mind and place.
