There was only body pain so couldn’t figure out time of attack. Doctor said attack was minor so you didn’t notice, and pumping capacity of heart was 100%, but how to know how much damage to tissues occurred.

Now i am taking angispn tr2.6 sir it emeregency or after take some time iam also Gerd patience please give advise.
No Role of medicine unless you have a sureshot diagnosis which is only possible with angiography..tmt and stress echo have limitations
