People like Dr Shetty should be part of healthcare policy making in India. He has been doing a great service by saving lives of poor people for a very long time.
For doing good changes lot of support is needed in India. Se what to Agniveer scheme and farm laws. Very few who were beneficiary of bad system protested in a big way. Big changes in medical are needed.

Problem with nurses leaving India is because of the Salary they receive when Compared to Abroad where, they can earn more and settle in their life... Salary for the nurses in India has to be competitive so, that nurses doesn't think of leaving India....
The salary problem is same for almost every profession in India. Even doctors are leaving India in bunches every year, though they have many more reasons not just the money. The country has to ensure that the best in the business are financially compensated enough, otherwise there are many greener pastures waiting. Not everyone has a great heart to serve without expecting much. In today's day and age, there are 16-17 year talented students preparing for NEET, with an already clear mind that they'll finish the MBBS course and leave the country, bcoz it's so much better for doctors outside India. It's the nation's responsibility to ensure that the best brains don't feel deprived in the country.
Dr. Shetty my father is a farmer and we have just 3 acre of land, if you and yout party wants to buy it then our village be recognised more. Its in kanabargi, belgaum city karnataka. KLE hospital in belgaum is very famous . Many kids in and around this village will be encouraged to be a nurses, thank you
Senior & renowned Doctor like him should be sometimes address as sir😊 we don't address journalist as journalist, engineer as engineer or teacher as teacher, right? Excellent interview❤
The problem is that not every doctor is Dr. Shetty and people don’t believe that doctors in private hospitals necessarily have their best interests in mind.
