    Problem with nurses leaving India is because of the Salary they receive when Compared to Abroad where, they can earn more and settle in their life... Salary for the nurses in India has to be competitive so, that nurses doesn't think of leaving India....

    • @ritwikghosh7743
      @ritwikghosh7743 4 месяца назад +2

      The salary problem is same for almost every profession in India. Even doctors are leaving India in bunches every year, though they have many more reasons not just the money. The country has to ensure that the best in the business are financially compensated enough, otherwise there are many greener pastures waiting. Not everyone has a great heart to serve without expecting much. In today's day and age, there are 16-17 year talented students preparing for NEET, with an already clear mind that they'll finish the MBBS course and leave the country, bcoz it's so much better for doctors outside India. It's the nation's responsibility to ensure that the best brains don't feel deprived in the country.

    People did develop heart attacks before the pandemic, however, the rate of attacks and the age group they are happening to is a conversation worth having.

    Very Nice interview. The problem mentioned by Dr. Shetty should be taken up by the media and asked to responsible persons so that this will get resoved and it will help improve healthcare in our country. Ex . Shortage of nurses, Licensing issue, Faculty issue faced by industry.

    He is the one who reminds us to believe the existence of God. We are not blessed enough to see the God in Kaliyuga, but definitely Doctors like Devi Shetty are real visible god. My heartfelt Namaskarams to him.
