I am half German, half Kazakh. I spent my childhood in these places, in East Kazakhstan. I am the one who remembered how I lost a cow when I was a child. I grew up in a Kazakh village, and every night, falling asleep in a yurt, I listened to the howling of wolves and looked at the stars. There I learned to navigate at night by the sky and this skill helps me travel alone. You know, a long time ago, in my childhood, in those parts, in the rivers you could find ropes lowered into the water. At the end of the rope, there were often leather bags (torsyk - in Kazakh), where they keep food for people who might get lost or just for travelers. The rivers in the mountains are very cold and food lasts a very long time there. As children, we learned all the paths, and when we went to pick wild berries, we always checked the supplies for travelers, hoping to find candy there

Some wanted to move to independent Kazakhstan, but many remained there, because they were born there and their ancestors are buried there. In the previous video you said that Aisholpan is from Mongolia, and I wanted to tell you that she is Kazakh and they lived in Mongolia on their own land and it is not their fault that they ended up abroad

Сейчас насколько я осведомлён что данный курорт закрыли, ну имеется ввиду не функционирует больше. В этом восточном регионе Казахстана полностью не задета человеческой цивилизацией природа.

@ If it is in East kazakhstan, it should be be the city Ridder, city among mountains, a lot of snow, pine trees. Near to it place called Zimovye also gorgeous. I think it is enough for eastern kz, after you could visit Burabay 3hours from Astana. Beautiful nature along side with the naked steppes. The last stop I suggest Mangistau region, especially Bozzhira tract. Also u could show the city ust kamenagorsk before left east.
Right now we have actually just crossed the border into Kyrgyzstan as our Kazakhstan visa is finished. We can still come back for 1 more month so will hopefully do that as late as possible! 🙏🏼
Oh, noooo, the resort used to be called Rakhmanovskiye kluchi, I've been there in 2017 with a group of Belgian birdwatchers, and the place was very beautiful and there were rabbits running all over the territory. Now it looks so sad ( . There is also a waterfall called Veronica's hair. And if you climb the mountain there there should be a bottle with the names of people who got to the top of the mountain (mine isn't there because I refused to finish the climb, I was so tired haha, but there should be names of a Leo and Ritt :) And there are some purple flowers that I was told if you eat them you will never have a sore throat again. And I also enjoyed the hot spring, drinking beer and watching stars...
Ooh I wish we had known about the bottle, maybe we could’ve added our names! 😋 We visited the waterfall, you can see in the vlog just after the hot spring! 😉
@@SilkyRonTheRoad i am from Aktau, be prepared…it’s very hot in summers and very very windy all the time, so winter little tougher due to winds in that area. You can swim in summer in Caspian sea and in winter feed some swans)
Told ya, East Kazakhstan is a different breed. It is so special, so spectacular place, that no other place in this planet can match. It has so special vibe, that I constantly visit eastern KZ, people call it katonovirus :)
@@SilkyRonTheRoad Old Austrian road is a road you should try, but summer is a season when you should visit it. Sceneries will be like a Switzerland, but with only difference - nature will be so virgin that you will have a feeling like you are first explorers.
If you return to Almaty, be sure to visit the city of Chundzha. There are hot springs there. The further you go, the higher the water temperature will be. Check it out on Wikipedia.

Winter in the Bozzhyra tract can be harsh, as the land here is dry and saline. Heavy winds may blow at times.
It is recommended to have warm clothes with you, as it gets very cold at night. When going on a trip, the weather should be monitored especially carefully.

Сейчас насколько я осведомлён что данный курорт закрыли, ну имеется ввиду не функционирует больше. В этом восточном регионе Казахстана полностью не задета человеческой цивилизацией природа.

@ If it is in East kazakhstan, it should be be the city Ridder, city among mountains, a lot of snow, pine trees. Near to it place called Zimovye also gorgeous.
I think it is enough for eastern kz, after you could visit Burabay 3hours from Astana. Beautiful nature along side with the naked steppes.
The last stop I suggest Mangistau region, especially Bozzhira tract.
Also u could show the city ust kamenagorsk before left east.

Right now we have actually just crossed the border into Kyrgyzstan as our Kazakhstan visa is finished. We can still come back for 1 more month so will hopefully do that as late as possible! 🙏🏼

Oh, noooo, the resort used to be called Rakhmanovskiye kluchi, I've been there in 2017 with a group of Belgian birdwatchers, and the place was very beautiful and there were rabbits running all over the territory. Now it looks so sad ( . There is also a waterfall called Veronica's hair. And if you climb the mountain there there should be a bottle with the names of people who got to the top of the mountain (mine isn't there because I refused to finish the climb, I was so tired haha, but there should be names of a Leo and Ritt :) And there are some purple flowers that I was told if you eat them you will never have a sore throat again. And I also enjoyed the hot spring, drinking beer and watching stars...
Ooh I wish we had known about the bottle, maybe we could’ve added our names! 😋

@@SilkyRonTheRoad i am from Aktau, be prepared…it’s very hot in summers and very very windy all the time, so winter little tougher due to winds in that area. You can swim in summer in Caspian sea and in winter feed some swans)

Told ya, East Kazakhstan is a different breed. It is so special, so spectacular place, that no other place in this planet can match. It has so special vibe, that I constantly visit eastern KZ, people call it katonovirus :)
