Based on what you're saying you like to feel in a ball, you would probably really like the 2024 wilson staff model and staff model X golf balls. Staff model X is the firmer and spinnier ball and they are very durable. Would LOVE to see you review them! Big fan, keep up the great videos 🤜🤛
Love the dimple patterns on Bridgestone balls. Tour B X has a great feel but as you mentioned durability is below average from my experience. I’ve had a few show knicks and scratches pretty quickly.
Yea the cover seems to get scuff easily. I love the performance tho so I'm willing to make a bit of a concession but it's gonna cost more as a result of going through balls quickly
So awesome seeing another person from Toronto posting golf vlogs! Makes me want to start my own too. Hope u can play Angus Glen next year! great course!
Might have to try these out, just started using the Wilson staff R balls and really like them. I know I shouldn’t but I change balls all the time. I find the for me feels between the tp5x and tp5.
Awesome, looks like a great fit for your game. I played the Srixon Z-Star all of 2020, but toward the end of the season I realized that it just felt too soft off the putter face. I just ordered a few dozen Vice Pro Plus. So far I really like them. They might be going in the bag for 2021!
Thanks Stefan! I used to like a softer ball but for some reason when it comes to putting, I'm so much better with my speed control with a firmer golf ball.
I’ve tried a lot of balls this year as want yo be different. The Bridgestone, tp5 and the tp5x to name a few but always end going back to titleist. Left dash in the bag atm. Hoping the new pro v s are special
Titleist is great, I just can’t get enough control with it. Not sure why but it doesn’t respond the way I hope. Curious to see if the new ones make a difference
@@GabeGallucciGolf I found pro v1x was the best around the greens and for irons just losing distance off the tee as spins too much. Yeah hoping the new ones are great across the board.
1.5 rds in so far. Long irons, scoring irons, wedges??? Thank you Bridgestone. Around the green I have never seen it's equal. On the green.... different but rolls true. Going to try all the bridgestone Tour B series. B X is next but the B XS is gonna be hard to beat.
Hey Gabe, I’m trying to get myself kinda on the same pathway you took. I got myself injured this week quite frustrated. Feeling some mild pain, but the doctor told me I’m gonna be ok. Do you work something out to prevent injuries? Workouts? Something about the swing?
Hey Stefano! I do a lot of workouts, mobility work and recovery tactics to help keep my body in a good spot during this process. It’s a lot to put your body thru this kinda regimen so you want to make sure you’re doing things to help yourself. I’d recommend talking to a professional that can help get you setup with a plan!
I’ve kinda got the same situation because currently I’m playing the tp5 because I love the spin it gives me but I might be switching t tp5x soon because I’m starting to like the harder feel that the tp5x has
I just got done trying out a dozen of the B X. I’m naturally a high spin player, and so even that was too spinny for me. The AVX makes such a massive difference for me.
@@GabeGallucciGolf it really is. I was just getting too much driver and wedge spin. Every wedge would back up 15 feet or so and made controlling it impossible
I played the B XS now for 1.5 rounds. Love everything about them EXCEPT off the tee. When they bomb, they bomb, but coming from pro v1/callaway supersoft, so far I have not matched those two balls off the tee. Everywhere else I live the ball. I just ordered some B X balls to give them a try and then found this video. I love the B xs for the spin but some shots it just spun back to far or just stopped when I needed it to run. Best

Loving the shot tracer! Excellent vid!
Thanks!!

Hit it better🙄
Just came across your videos and binged. Then saw you’re playing in Chilliwack where I live lol Would love to get a game going this winter with yah 🙏
Small world! Ya man let's get a game going. Hit me up on instagram
So awesome seeing another person from Toronto posting golf vlogs! Makes me want to start my own too. Hope u can play Angus Glen next year! great course!
Never played there! Definitely want to!
Awesome to see some canadian vlogs
Love to get a round in with you when I visit Ontario next summer
Hit me up on insta when you do!
I’m going to play Tour BX & e12 contact ball this year and see which is good for 20-21
Might have to try these out, just started using the Wilson staff R balls and really like them. I know I shouldn’t but I change balls all the time. I find the for me feels between the tp5x and tp5.
I play the bx and love it, my only problem even 2 years later is that even after 9 holes they start to look chewed up!
I agree the bridgestone balls chew up super quick

And I totally agree. I love the TP5 and 5x, but just not enough spin on approach shots or around the green 🤙🏽
Wish I could spin the 5x enough for it to stay in the bag! Heard Vice is good too!
Fantastic content
Thanks brother!
Interesting to me how you like the clicky sound for putting. I’m the complete opposite. Keep the great content coming!
Thanks Stefan! I used to like a softer ball but for some reason when it comes to putting, I'm so much better with my speed control with a firmer golf ball.
Aussie Hacker who plays Snell MTB-X yellow ... Love the feel around greens & of cause the price compared to premium balls here.
Next on my list to test!
I find the Snell to be a little too "clicky" off the putter face, and around the green.
Would love to hear your thoughts if/when you try them Gabe.
Was using the tp5x also ordered vice pro+ balls like the way they feel off the putter so far
Hmm. Seems like I need to try em!
I play the B RX the softer version on the BX and I get great spin with wedges and good distance
i use pro v1 or z star, only diff is i have to let the z star run out more, but cheaper. i will have to try Bridgestone for sure.
I believe that I'm fixing to try this ball. I was like you, the tp5x did fly right and I'm a little tried of the pro v. thanks!
Also give the Chrome Soft X a try. It’s incredible!
@@GabeGallucciGolf thanks!
Good review. Sweet looking facility, where is it?
Looks good. Love the vids!
Thanks Connor!

Have you switched back to the tp5x now that it has more spin?
Going to be doing a bunch of testing coming up to see which ball is best
Bridgestone is so good
love love love it

Are you still playing the tour bx?
I was doing the same thing. Good topic
Thanks Jesse! Let me know what ball you end up with
The TP5x definitely was way clickier
