- Since when did a 'baby' bike have a near-950cc engine? Well, they do now so are we all getting a little obsessed with size and power or can 'less is more still' apply? Harry applies some thought to the Multistrada 950 from Ducati.
Another top notch video from you guys! Always a pleasure to watch.
Nice video. I remember watching a comparison video from the same guys showing the triumph speedmaster and the triumph Thunderbird after it was newly launched. I've searched everywhere and I can't find it! It was a great video.
You guys mentioned the Versys 1000, but attached the pic of the Versys 650. Just saying.

It's all the bike you'll need and far better than the Yamaha tracer 900 even the improved gt version . Servicing is very reasonable cost as it has larger gap between services .

Anyone else annoyed with the seats on many of these new machines forcing you to sit in one spot? I'm from the '70s world when the dual seats allowed one to stretch some and to comfortably haul a passenger once in a while, in comfort. Otherwise, interesting but I know from experience that 60+ horsepower is enough for any practical situation - also think fuel efficiency is a worthy thing to have.

You chaps aren't really fond of the Africa Twin, are you?!! Not even a mention of the AT in that long list of competitors!
The Africa Twin is a proper adventure bike; not a road bike with adventure styling. Hence we left it out of competitors for the 950 Multi.
I was all excited about the Africa Twin in India, and for my offroad driving style I needed tubeless tyres, and to my surprise I learned that the Africa Twin came with Tubed tyres. I ended up getting a Multistrada 950 with the spoked wheels.
Don't like its appearance. Much rather have the V-Strom 1000.

In a bike test should be also considered, what cost the service and how often the bike have to be in a service. If you look on that, than is this Ducati never so interesting.
Maintaining costs are for example on a Honda Africa Twin, less than half. It saves you tousands if you drive a lot.

At 75mph it was vibrating so much the mirrors were useless couldn't see a thing.
No LED lights, changing rider mods was a pain

If you can't change rider mods on the 950 you just shouldnt be allowed to drive at all. Easy as hell.
do not buy it from misaligned panels, rust in the exhaust, vibrations at all rotations, very noisy engine, stupidly expensive maintenance and poor customer service, I'm seriously sorry I bought this bike,
