The emphasis control is just a sidechain circuit high pass filter is it not? On the dLive there is a more intuitive graphic next to it which indicates that's what it's doing. I don't think it has any bearing on the attack and release timing. As per the hardware version, I imagine this is program-dependent.

Been watching these videos and i have to say, I'm impressed by what these deep processing fx can do. I'd be very interested in seeing an in depth video of signal flow within a dLive. Ive been learning on an s5000 and its a bit overwhelming for someone with no prior engineering experience.

As a live mix engineer using the SQ5, I would've really liked to see examples of every plugin you've covered applied on live signals and a live mix. The main mix examples as well as the solo channel examples, for that matter, don't give us an accurate representation of what to expect in our stage mixes. I imagine Allen and Heath would be able to mic main speakers and closely reproduce examples of these effects in a live mix. I imagine my mixes could benefit from any or even all of these effects but as I and most of the engineers using these desks are mixing live audio, it would've been a smarter set of examples to give to us.

      Hello Gabriel,
      Very fair argument.
At the moment, we do not have any content to use as a reference, I'm afraid.
However, I will raise this up for the near future.
      Thank you,
      Rafael
