Look at you go mate. Excellent to see ya posting. I will give it a watch tonight it dropped here at noon. Trade you weather any day. It's 8.3 c and rained straight for a week.
YOU'RE CREATING A MONSTER!!! 😁 funny to think it all started with a dodgy skyline engine lol. Maybe you'll have to start a demolition company so your tank has a challenge knocking down concrete walls or something 🙂 Highly enjoyable episode, great to see you got some sponsors
Well done, mate, you will have to go out and abuse it to see how good it is😂. Yes, nah, but shit happens, and that extra bit of protection may be the difference between a good day and a bad day. I really started watching for the cruiser upgrade, but enjoy all your jobs.
I’ve got an auto locker in the front of my MK, one of the best cost-effective mods I’ve ever done. Hasn’t affected the on-road for me in particular, even with the hubs locked in, and when 4wding it makes the car so much more capable. If I could have afforded it I would have gone with a switchable locker, but for the absolute value I can’t recommend the auto locker enough 👍
Mate from one welder to another nicely done. You do it the way you do cause you can we are a lot alike in that way. I love TIG but just too $ for how much I would use it. My son has a wire feed we kinda share. Now you got kids I taught my son how to recon you do the same he is more into wheeling than my he has Toyota’s beater rav 4 shit box a tundra and a caged 4Runner. Toyota’s are much bigger here than Nissan. This by far the best vid for me so far. You set the RX aside? Cheers mate. Jim
Thanks mate, my tig wasn't too expensive from memory it was $1500 or so but well worth the money in my opinion. Glad you enjoyed the video mate there are more welding and fabrication ones coming up soon
Using the tig and doing it in the order i did as well as wanting for things to cool before moving on to the next bit, the housing didnt warp at all. Can be a different story if you use a mig and dont pay attention to the amount of heat your putting into the parent material.
Top job Tim as always.👍

I wonder how much it tweaked the housing or whether it's going to stress bearings etc.

your audio is all left channel only in the first third of the vid.
Hey mate, i went and checked it on 2 different devices, and it's playing in stereo on my end.
