I don’t see them actually demolishing Soldier Field do to its war memorial status. I can see them repurposing it as a concert venue or convention center and removing the flying saucer on top. However the likelihood of completely demolishing Soldier Field is just as likely as Wrigley Field being demolished zero, to no chance it happens.

Superdome means too much to the city. It's a landmark that defines it. There is no way they part with it. The most they would do is maybe tear it down and rebuild it more structurally sound, etc...

There are some renovations going on right now in the lower level! All I can say is that this stadium is a major upgrade compared to where they use to play at, Sun Devil Stadium. Metlife while bland is maintained beautifully. Its as clean as the day it opened. It has good concessions and some stands actually have fair pricing. Including $5 twelve oz beer cans. They had asian meat skewers 2 for $8. Stadium has tons of parking. Easily accessible to Rt 3, Rt 17, and NJ Turnpike. A mass transit rail station a 100 feet from one of its gate. Multiple bus routes going to American dream, serving the parking lot, and the peripeheral roads. It has american dream mall walking distance from the stadium. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the racetrack to place sports bets. It also has plenty of luxury boxes and plenty of club seats with the highest capacity in the NFL. Its also a 50/50 venture with the Jets and Giants so both parties see equal profits from Non stadium events. The only thing bad about is no retractable roof, its boring looking, and people were spoiled on how good the old stadiums escalator system was (Metlife's escalator system is actually similar to Shea stadium).

Ford Field opened in 2002, not 2004 as you say in this video. It would be nice to see the “glazed” window panes at each end zone replaced with something more in line with what’s used at US Bank Stadium. The steel roof trusses could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

Not to mention, it's going to host FIFA World Cup matches in 2026 and they also just built a Formula one track around it.
