  • I sat down with the world's #1 Pokémon GO Player, Brandon Tan. As of this interview, Brandon has over 580 million XP in Pokémon GO. We talk about his strategies for grinding, traveling the world to learn from other Pokémon GO communities, the use of multiple accounts in Pokémon GO, and much more! If you actually read these descriptions, let me know if you like this format, as it's something I'd like to try doing a little more often.

    Been a witness to how incredible Brandon is as a grinder, it's insane with how much efficiency he's automatically performing certain actions to take time, for instance where there isn't a lot of spawns and there's even a couple of seconds of downtime he spends it sending out gifts or using berries on Pokémon he has in gyms.
    Another thing that was mind blowing to me was the fact that Brandon uses ALL of his berries for feeding Pokémon in gyms just so he could get more Stardust, he doesn't use any Pinap Berries on Pokémon to increase the amount of candy obtained from Pokémon, my best guess is that this is due to the amount of time he dedicates catching Pokémon anyway.
    He's truly at a different level and I've got a lot of respect for it, great interview Nick!

    • @2CommaClub

      Reversal I agree! As someone who’s always low on stardust I need to adopt that strategy more lol.

    • @DHJakon
      @DHJakon 6 лет назад +4

      I think this is fairly common among the high level players. If you ever need candy for a certain mon there is rare candy. Now you can trade for candy. Also, dust count is a number that some folks look at to measure progress. If you sit at 10M, no one can criticize you on how to spend it. 1M trade? Some folks would flip out. It's like paying for a Lambo in cash.

    I do like this format. Like you guys said, the community is different everywhere & for those of us who can’t travel, we get to hear & see what the game is like elsewhere. We get to know what other communities are like & even get a leg up should we get to travel or if we move. For myself, it gives me ideas on how to maximize my gameplay where live & overcome whatever obstacles I encounter in my neighborhood. I don’t have all the answers so seeing what other players do really helps me out & gives me ideas. This is one of the biggest reasons why I love everyone’s travel vlogs. You’re helping me expand on my experience at home & make the most of what little resources I have.

    Most people and I don't miss the maps either for finding pokémon in the wild, but we need better raid maps to be able to find raids further away than just 500 meters from our homes. We are not all RUclipsrs who can spend the entire day playing Go and looking for raids, so we need more help from the game - the kind of help that the raid maps gave us. We still miss the raid maps a lot as part-time players, so help us Niantic with much better in-game maps, please!

    • @lily1965t
      @lily1965t 6 лет назад

      I agree. Niantic could take over Gymhuntr. I wouldn't even mind paying 1 coin per month for access, then I would also buy more raid passes if I could find the lower tier raids that I could solo (or duo with my daughter's account, shh, does that count as multiple?). It would be a win, win all round. Hear that Niantic, more $$$s for you!

    • @chic0latin0
      @chic0latin0 6 лет назад

      Or you could make friends. That’s what I’ve done I have made friends with several ppl in my community and when I want to find a raid I go on discord and communicate with my community. If I’m looking for something specific they will tag me so I can get it. We coordinate with time and another thing that really helps is leaving a Pokémon at a gym even if it’s a friend. Just ask your friend hey anything at so and so gym or check your Pokémon if you see an egg going to pop then go ahead and see what pops you can check like every 50 min to see if an egg has appeared. If you really want to do raids then make the effort. It’s what the game was made for not to just sit at home all day

    • @chic0latin0
      @chic0latin0 6 лет назад +1

      Ps I’m not a RUclipsr, I work, and have children. Yet I can find gyms. If your area doesn’t have a discord then try making one for your community. Trust me it really works

      B-Music We have a community and FB raid posts, but I and some of the other most active raiders can't see most of the gyms from our homes and many of the raids are not posted or so late that we are not able to make it in time. Good advice, but unfortunately it doesn't help us in our situation. We still need better raid maps. We also miss the information about boss movesets - very important information if only few raiders are available.

    My suggestions for the game;
    1. Rare Pokestop - Grants more items per spin, but takes slightly longer to regenerate.
    2. Type Incense - Lures certain types of Pokémon into your lures or incense. If it’s partly cloudy, but you need water types for a challenge or task, select water type etc.
    3. Pokémon encounter battle - Much like a raid, you can encounter a Pokémon in the wild such as Snorlax, Dragonite or Lapras that you will have to battle. Based on trainer level, the Pokémon will be much more difficult to defeat as well as catch.
    4. League Gym - Different to a regular gym, this gym will have auto set Pokémon that you’d need to battle to earn a spot in the gym. It’ll have a total of 9 spots and 3 spots available per team. The highest ranked players will earn more xp, coins or stardust per day. The only way to be eliminated from the League Gym is after 24 hours.
    5. Raid difficulty lowered - Since a lot of the community can not gain or find other players in a rural area, Raids should be able to be lowered to a certain cp to battle. Eg Tier 1 CP or Tier 2 Tyranitar. With a more balls but lower catch rate.
    6. Biome mapped - By adding these kinds of areas to the game, would entice more players to visit certain areas of their town or city. If there is an Ice biome nest area at your local park, that will remain there for 2 weeks like any nest. But it’ll have all sorts of ice types there. With Ice terrain and snow blowing.

    Dear Nick. I've watched your videos since before the game launched and I never missed even a single episode. But every time you kinda backed Brandon Tan up with his multiple accounts issue by saying what he did isn't as bad as spoofing, I got more and more disappointed.
    For me a free-to-play player, the only means of me getting Poke coins is to put my pokemon in gyms. I've had many experience of defeating 6 high CP pokemon (they have been in the gym for more than a day) in an enemy controlled gym (the only gym that is within walking distance from my house) by myself for 10 - 15 minutes only to get my pokemon knocked out 2 - 5 minutes later. Not by other trainers but the same *single trainer* who put all the same 6 pokemon earlier back into the gym.
    How did I know it's the same person with multiple account? Because the trainer account names are like these; 'John', 'JohnJohn', 'John2', 'John2John', 'LittleJohn', 'JohnFTW'. So in my opinion, people who have multiple accounts are wasting my time just like your example of spoofers wasting your 40 minutes.
    Even though he/she didn't spoof, by having 6 accounts, they can put themselves above a single, legit player whose trying to take down a gym alone. It literally discouraged me when I saw the same pokemon knocked my only defending pokemon out. So now I rarely put my pokemon in a gym. But whenever I do, and the same thing happened again, I can't be bothered battling the same Blissey, Snorlax, Tyranittar, Dragonite, etc.

      Raymond liu yea the golden razz berry should lose its power over time, like the first time you use it on a Pokemon it regains full health but the second time it regains like 75% and the third time like 50% and so on so that people can't golden razz a gym forever to prevent someone from taking it down. It used to be easier in the old gym system because you could take down a gym faster than someone who wanted to level up the gym and prevent you from taking it down

    • @Thunderior
      @Thunderior 6 лет назад +3

      Jorge Lopez
      Gold razz lose it's effect after 10 berries fed, problem with multiple accounts are that you can quickly take it down without the defender having time to react and the option to feed the gym.
      One should be able to defend its gym.
      It gives a multiaccounter an unfair advantage over a normal player, which is bad for the game.

I still not sure how I feel about multiple accounts but it's good to see the different points of view. Thanks for sharing and putting this together.

    Came here after Brandon's main got banned. I watch this again, and see you and all the other sponsored PokeGo youtubers defend Brandon and his multi-accounting ways, and using poke-scanner maps when they were available. Let's go back to your video you made about how much you hate spoofing, why it's not good for the community, even if a disabled or ill person wanted to. Now, I respected that and your opinion, but here you are, defending Brandon because he's popular and your friend? I'm not saying you have to trash him, or bad mouth him, but to make excuses for him when he has and still does abuse and violate the TOS. The same TOS of the company that sponsors YOU. Multi-accounters have wasted my time, made it to where I can't keep a gym or get into a gym and just flat out is against the rules. Brandon is NO different when he goes out and grinds. Just going to touch on his "services". Sharing account with MANY people because he's selling WAY over priced mewtwos to his fans. Those same people are probably in your fan base as well. How do you feel that he is scamming us, the community, by offering selling services for hundreds of dollars? That's 4 violations that he's been open with and supported by and it's very disheartening that he gets a pass from you guys because he's a nice guy. Maybe if he hasn't been charging his fans and supporters hundreds of dollars for mewtwos I wouldn't be so angry, but maybe one day I could see your current take on the situation. I love the summer tour squad, and hope you guys keep up the good work.

    The argument Nick makes against spoofing is... making me wonder something : cars. "PokemonGo was made so that we could go out, and spoofers don't. Plus, they can negate other players' work by not having to do as much."
    But, well, so do people who drive. PokemonGo was created to make us walk around and see landmarks as we play, not to farm raids and secure all the gyms away from walking players. They don't play as it was intended and don't do as much efforts as "legit players", so the reasoning is similar.
    Maybe I see this as "as bad as spoofing" because, here, most spoofers I know of actually don't act like assholes about gym control and are a great help for distant raids that don't always get enough players to be completed. When half of our high level player base is people in their cars, acting selfish and ruining the experience for low level players, isolated players and such. And only making up for it when those are on their way aiming for the same PvE objective.
    People were strongly against spoofers for a time here. Then, well... it died out. Spoofers who act selfish usually see private lobbies when trying to raid. And since we're not a very competitive community (especially since some of the aforementioned assholes in their cars stopped playing, liberating a huge play area that was "red-controlled" for no other reason than... well, that, which profited only those "around-15" players in the whole town...), they don't stalk all gyms in town preventing legit players to have a shot.
    I've always played legit, and spoofers made my life worse around 50x less often than I could count for people in cars. So why the double-standard? (And, apparently, spoofing requires patience I guess? Heard it was already pretty janky even before Niantic launched the current wave of anti-spoofing measures or something. It may still be less costly than a car ride (I would guess), but it's not like a car ride wasn't *ALSO* a waaaay easier way of playing compared to walking.)
    EDIT : As I watch the rest of the video, I see the argument of "social interaction" being brought up a lot. And, once again, it checks out. People in cars tend to stay in it. Waiting for a vague sign about a raid starting, or simply destroying a gym a legit player just obtained because they finished their loop around the district from the remote and private place of their car interior. While I have one or two spoofers in my contacts that can get a coffee break at work to save a raid (like you'd do with the multi-account), I can rarely count on any people in their cars away from their loop because, well, if there are no parking spots less than 50 meters away from you, you can go die in a fire, they won't help.
    And I use "legit player" loosely here talking only about "walking players" simply to show how easy it is to make the same argument about people in cars not being "legit". I mean, Niantic can't ban them as easily as spoofers because, from their perspective, going too fast can be as much "being in a vehicle" than "forgetting PokemonGo while being in a vehicle", or "having your GPS lagging". But there are securities to prevent gameplay while moving faster than by foot. It shows that it's not accepted by Niantic, it's not condoned. It's just impossible for them to assess it fairly.

    • @multimortem490
      @multimortem490 6 лет назад +1

      Really you could use your comparison to any form of transportation. Bike, Long Board, Roller Skates anything with wheels really to move faster than any walking person. Would that also not make them "Legit" players?

    • @rockyblam8452
      @rockyblam8452 6 лет назад +1

      Weird community you got there. Whenever I drive to a raid, I ALWAYS get out of my car and go to the group of people or start the circle. And during community days, I go around on rollerblades to catch stuff (and I still end up losing the shiny contest to people that walk lol) It’s still a lot of fun though! That said, I don’t like it when people stay in their cars for raids either. It discourages socialization which is essential for a game like this to stay running (like spoofing does).

    • @kangourouuu1
      @kangourouuu1 6 лет назад +1

      Every community is different. I truly have reasons to dislike mine, but I heard others in bigger cities in my country were even less friendly.^^
      As for cars (and "any other form of transportation", to respond to Micah Willett ; sorry, didn't see the notification apparently), I wasn't saying I'm personally against it, as I would clearly be an hypocrite (when I don't have time to play for the whole day, I get a few pokemons in the bus on the way to school/work and back home). I was just arguing that, *according to Nick's arguments*, cars check out as much as spoofing in the way of "not respecting community guidelines" and "creating gaps of power in the community".
      But, as much as spoofing, I think it depends more on the person (a open car driver = a talkative and serviceable spoofer) than on the support itself (an asshole will stay an asshole, spoofing or driving giving them a roughly similar advantage). Hence why I dislike my community (we have a loooot of prideful pricks).^^
      Tho, now that I think about roller skates, etc... I wonder if it also is in the same category. Since the game allows 12 km/h I think (around 7.5 mph, is that correct? old information from nebulous source), which is way more than you can achieve by walking, but is perfect for a jog or a casual skating trip. But then again, I was simply debating the criterias of Nick, not trying to set a standard.^^ For all I know, that speed limit is like the GPS for cars not earning you a ban : they can't prove you didn't simply ran 100 meters and deny you the right to play and putting the bar THAT high is simply a fail-safe, but maybe they actually wish they could make aaaaaall of use go snail-pace for some reason.^^

      Just seeing this now but agreed. Justifying a different rule to break as less of an offense doesn't make it right over the other. Rules are the rules. Even if the rule setters use personal opinions on how to apply punishment for certain offenses. I would respect their decision on how they played if they just out right said its not right and it is against the rules but its how I like to play. Playing games like War and Order you can have cheaters that are called refunders. Buying supplies to level up as fast as they can and refunding all it back because a country has different laws set for refunding and buying digital goods. Your group or community of players could outright kill that account out to make them stop cheating or they can accept its what they'll do. In some senses those players benefit your group. Same goes with these guys trying to make the way Brandon plays be alright. Its not and the community could shun him or they can say I'm fine with how he plays because it may be against the rules but it benefits our group. Guys need to stop riding the line and be blatant about what they think. There doesn't need to be reasons to always justify.

    On Multiple accounts 31:30 You say "its not malicious to be able to raid using your own multi accounts". But let me bring up your argument before that about spoofing. When i have 6 phones, and that makes me able to do all the raids without help, it gives me an advantage of anyone needing other people to do raids. It gives me the ability to stack up on strong pokemon from raids, with high iv's, more than someone who need to coordinate a group together for every raid. which in turn gives me an advantage over you at gyms. The intention might be to make it easier for me, so that would make it okay? I disagree because it does give me an unfair advantage over someone else.

Its not just Russian Olympians who are guilty of doping for the Olympics, they just got caught. The difference in being the best in the word at something and being a cheater, is being caught. So in one breath Nick says "I understand life's not fair" because he can fly around the world to play while rural players can't even get enough players to beat a T3 gym, but then complains that he walks 20 minutes to a gym when a spoofer can go there instantly and knock him out. There's no gray area here...you're either 100% legit or you accept that people play the game their way. Multiple accounts are okay but spoofing isn't? YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!

  • @commishguy

    1. Multiple Account User Trading with Himself: Do you think it's fair if a guy has 6 accounts and sees a Larvitar spawn, then he transfers 5 Larvitars to his main account? That's just plain wrong and cheating. Then that guy wants to compare his pokedex to someone who only has one account. It's like a baseball player taking steroids.
    2. Multiple Account User Taking Gyms: How is spoofing any different from a multiple account user when it comes to gyms? Many multiple account users take gyms and then fill them up with their own accounts. Then they want to compare their gym badges to others.
    3. Multiple Account Users Don't Have to Work for Raids: How is it fair that the average user, especially in smaller towns have to communicate with other users, actually have to get out and meet other players (which is fun), but multiple account users can just go to a raid by themselves and do it. They don't have to work for it. Meanwhile, many of us have to get online, ask for other users to raid, and then wait for them to get there. Sometimes, we can't do Legendary raids, because we can't get any help. Multiple account users have an unfair advantage.

    • @anannsul
      @anannsul 6 лет назад +2

      Okay.. lets break this down...
      1. How the hell is someone trading with themselves and comparing their pokedex to someone else like a baseball player taking steroids? That is the worst comparison I have ever read. However, I get what you are talking about in generality of trading with yourself. However, it honestly makes no difference if he traded with himself for those 5 larvitars or if he traded 5 people for their larvitars, he'd still have 6 larvitars. People around him will still be able to catch that larvitar because his multi-accounts actually benefit spawning areas because spawning areas are still effected by cell phone activity.
      2. Don't say "MANY" because i've met MANY multiple account users and I was not negatively effected by their other accounts. SOME do not answer for the MANY. But with this I agree, I don't think a person with multiple accounts should have more than one pokemon in a gym no matter how many accounts they have. This falls under my unfair usage.
      3. Yes, multiple account susers do have to work for raids. They still have to have good pokemon to defeat it in the first place.. they still have to tap tap tap tap away at the screens. THe work to defeat a raid is still the same as a person with one account only multiplied. Also as an introvert meeting other players is NOT fun (so glad you think it is.. yet here you are complaining that you have to go out and find people to raid with.) A friend of mine has multiple accounts, yet i still see them in discord asking for people to raid with... unfortunately they work in areas where no one is interested in raiding... so watching them in discord channels they get ignored more than they get someone going "oh hey! yeah we're on our way! " Or even a simple "we're not in that area." would suffice but no.. straight up ignored! So I don't blame him for being self sufficient in a community that obviously has no intention on "making friends and meeting new people." If you don't want to multi-account that's fine.. but don't group all multi-accounters as horrible cheating lazy people when they have been left to raid alone! (also he still has not had ONE EX-raid invite on either account either!)

      Jody Wagner in my community several people have 2 or 3 accounts. One person has 5 (but only uses 3 at a time) and it’s always nice to see them show up to raids!! On a slow day with not a lot of people out it actually helps a lot to have one person acting as two or even three raiders, since that makes it so a group of 4 can take down a 4 or 5 star when they normally couldn’t. But hey, it’s all perspective! Maybe I was lucky enough to be in a community with people who don’t abuse their muliccounts.

    Multi-accounting is against how pokemon go was developed and in turn is against the way it is intended to be played.
    If a raid requires a certain number of people to complete it. There is a reason for that. Finding loopholes to complete content not intended to be soloed or duoed is cheating. Whatever excuse or “intent” you may have, this is cheating regardless of the discrepancy of moral compass between players.
    Spoofing, multi-accounting and using scanners should all be ban-able offenses and the leniency is the reason why you have so many of the restrictions on gyms, raids and trades have been implemented.
    Also, Brandon Tan’s intent with selling catches and taking some childs spot away from a day at Go Fest? That seems malicious to me.
    Play games with integrity and be a competitive purist. Cheers.

  • @ScottyMcCraigles

    The problem I have with multiple accounts is when they're used together to take down a gym or put together in a gym. In my neighbourhood somebody consistently uses multiple accounts to kick my pokemon out of the gym and then places multiple pokemon in the gym. I find this unfair to players like myself since it makes it faster and easier to kick my pokemon out, and more difficult for me to kick theirs out.
    If they use multiple accounts in raids to help when there aren't many players I am fine with that. Same goes for spoofing. I am okay with people spoofing to catch pokemon (may get some pushback on this opinion) or to spin pokestops, but not to battle or take down gyms/raid bosses as this directly affects other players. The only time I think spoofing raids is okay is if you happen to get an EX pass, legitimately, are no longer in the city and spoof to get Mewtwo that you would otherwise battle in person if you were still at that location.

      leeadam06 I’m sorry but that is one of the worst arguments to ppl against tos supporters. Iv calculator is no different than using a regular calculator for math. If you need to figure a hard equation use a calculator since it is simpler than trying to do the whole equation in your head or write it down. I’m all for pointing out that ppl can mistakingly violate the tos but things like iv calculators do not do that. You are just plugging in the numbers and letting the calculator do the rest of the work

    • @Herculee

      B-Music sorry bud but we do not get to pick and choose which TOS we like and throw out the rest. It is clearly written in niantic's tos that unauthorized software is not allowed. doesn't matter how simple you think it is, it is a violation. my point being, dont shit on the man for something he does when you (whomever is accusing) are violating the same tos. rules are rules.

So thank you for the motivation Brandon!

    In the end, multi-accounting is still breaking the ToS. Yes, it can be much more innocent than spoofing. But still, all sorts of advantages can and will arise, either as intended or as side effects. You mention possibilities for EX raid invites, which has already caused a lot of drama within my local community, but one could also consider premier ball distribution at a raid. If you do not need the extra accounts to win the raid, but the player uses them anyway, it can make the difference between one or two individual damage balls. If all their accounts are from the same team, which is not the team you're on, that's another three balls from team contribution. If all their accounts are ultra friends, they all get that boost in attack power, meaning more individual damage for them and less for you. If you add this all up, you could be missing out on about a handful of premier balls by the end of the raid. Now imagine you're facing a 100% legendary encounter after such a raid, but you only got maybe 7 balls, where this could have been at least a couple more, say 10. Those three balls could make a difference between catching that legendary Pokemon and losing it. Things like this will only stack up. Multi-accounters in my area are mass-trading everything they have to their main account. They have the craziest Lucky Pokemon compared to those who are on one account. Does it hurt me? No, until they start powering them up and take a lot of gyms with them. Or, perhaps this is getting trivial but it's there, their squad(s) of six maxed out 100% Tyranitar completely outclass(es) my attacker team during a raid. In my opinion, multi-accounting has already gotten way out of hand. I do think that it is a big problem. There are many advantages, either intended or as a side effect, and it is the main source for community drama.

    I am also conflicted about the multiple accounts. Like now. I am stuck in a rural gym about 75 km away from my home. I can't get 50 coins and been stuck now for 12 days and I am the only one in that gym ... then It might be nice for a second account to get that pokemon out. Also for raids cause even in the city it is hard to get a squad together so a lot of times we need ppl that has multiple accounts. I don't want another account but the way the game is now I am acctually more and more thinking of it cause I play solo 99,9% of the time and in rural areas. But when we talk about spoofers... NO! To spoof is not okey in my mind. It creates a lot of drama in raidgroups when I say that but I feel if ppl struggle in bad weather and do the game right and struggle in the winter, snow, rain whatever and fight the gyms and put pokemon in and to then get knocked out by a player that is bigger and stronger cause he/she sits by the computor all day instead of moving their flappy ass around.

      It’s not lame beats spending money on gas when you live in the middle of no where and the city is 40min away .on top of that you gotta spend money to do raids , if you wanna do more than one . Second spoofing actually helps some people when there’s not enough players to take down a raid . For example the event taking place in the Azores (don’t know how to spell it) , spoofers are actually helping the locals because their accounts are weak ,why? Because they live on an island with like 5 gyms

  • @NicholasGarofalo
    @NicholasGarofalo 6 лет назад +45

    Love your videos, but have to say that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. A lot of the reasoning/excuses you provided for multiple accounts could be applied to spoofing, and vice versa. People with multiple accounts take ex passes and gym slots from actual players, and effort is unfairly doubled/tripled/whatever. Having 4 accounts is the equivalent of playing one account and spoofing with another 3. You did the “work” once, and unfairly multiplied your reward. It's a mess, and not the way the game is intended to be played, which is why it's against the ToS and in Ingress it has been much more enforced. Let's not pretend that one is somehow more noble than the other.

    • @Furyshunter
      @Furyshunter 6 лет назад

      Hang on did the work once and multiplied my reward? If I have 3 lvl 40 accounts and can solo a tier 4 raid then I’m not affecting anyone and I did the work, 3 times.

    If there is an option for multi accounts or spoofing, Someone will abuse it. It's that simple. Remove the option of both. And game play is fair. Yes Nick, life is not fair. I do believe Brandon would agree that from day one. No spoofing, multi accounts banned, we all could have fun with the game. He would NOT have needed them. He might have a whole new outlook. I get both sides of the argument. For that I Blame Niantic. I also know that they are in business to make money and many play for free. Some of us pay to play and get hammered by multi account players, playing for free. If the option is there for abuse, it will happen. That is the issue Niantic needs to fix.

    • @ThetaWindfall
      @ThetaWindfall 6 лет назад +3

      Thats kinda impossible to track. there are way to many circumstances that could lead to something that may be considered "bannable".
      For instance, i traded a pidgey for a vaporeon. Just because the vaporeon was a low iv, and from a different state. they said it was fine. If i was to end up trading like that too many times, banned. Banned for people being nice.
      What if there is a tri/quad lure, and i was to sit there for 3 hours and catch 200 Pokemon? and say, do that once a week. At that point id have way more captures than distance. then suddenly I'm banned for deciding to enjoy a view, and not walk my ass off?
      I do appreciate the idea you have, but i think it would catch a lot of legit players with different circumstances, more so than alt accounts.

    When a player shows up to a raid with multiple accounts, that player is helping out other raiders by giving them a chance at catching a pokemon they might not have otherwise been able to catch if it weren't for the assistance offered by the player who is breaking Niantic's ToS by having multiple accounts. How is that scenario any different from a scenario in which a player who lives in the US and cannot afford to travel spoofs to catch a Mr. Mime? Isn't the spoofer's intent the same as the scenario above, which is to give him/herself a chance of catching a pokemon that he/she would not be able to obtain if he/she did not use a form of assistance that breaks terms of service, which in this case, is spoofing? How can you justify potentially obtaining a pokemon from a raid by accepting the fact that the only reason the mon is even attainable in the first place is because it comes from the aid of someone who is breaking ToS, when it is the exact same scenario as a spoofer who gives him/herself a chance of catching a Mr. Mime by using a spoofing app, which also violates the ToS?

Do not try to blame the others, it is ridiculous saying that every level 40 had already broke the TOS, it is not true, there is not because you do , that others do to.
