Thanks so much for the video. I am 5 days into carnivore. I had a bag of frozen shrimp in my freezer. I thawed and sauted a few last night. They were pretty boring. Then I thought, there must be a way to make pork panko and make breaded fried shrimp. I figured you had done it so I found this video. I used your trick of using a different way to grate my pork instead of just blending them to fine powder. I put them in the crank grater which I use for cheese. I do not use a food processor because I do not have room for anything else in my small kitchen. I dunked the shrimp in egg and then the panko. I did a batch in beef tallow in a skillet and another batch in the air fryer to compare. The fried in tallow were stellar!! The air fryer was ok, but not nearly as good. I was lazy and made no sauce. Just salt and pepper over it before I fried. I like that you have so many different recipes. I am not the kind of person who can not eat the same thing day after day. By day 3 I did not think I could look at another steak. I need variety and if I cannot have it, I will not stick to this diet. So thanks again!
Something I find very easy with coating things is to just pick up that bowl of panko and rock it back and forth. Then you don't get anything sloppy (like your fingers or the food item) - it's like your item will grab the panko
They are a delicacy to me, I don't know where they've been all my life! I found them in the frozen seafood section at Costco and now I want them all the time!
Hmmm, I have not tried it. But I think to defrost the shrimp and then refreeze it when raw sounds iffy. I think you COULD batter it and cook it and then freeze that. I think that would work better and be safer.
I eat until I'm full and I don't track macros, sorry! I would suggest that you never trust what other people supply anyways! Take your total ingredients and enter them into an app like carb manager and then divide by how many you eat! It's definitely always best to do your own then you know it's right!
The dog in the beginning is my 5 month old Chihuahua Teddibear, he has found a spot where the sun shines on the floor and he loves to sunbathe there!
2 Cute 💙
Show more Teddibear. He is so cute. I bet he would love to be a taste tester😁

@@KetogenicWomanme too! My new fav.
Love this recipe! I think I’ll try the air fryer, I don’t have that much tallow :) I will use the Mayo, ketchup, and horseradish sauce! Thanks!
When these run out I'm going to try the air fryer as well!
Thank you for this recipe, I too love the Argentine shrimp, I get mine at Trader Joes in California . Stay safe & well❣️
I look forward to the border opening back up because I used to love to shop at the TJs in Bellingham! Stay safe as well!
Your little doggie is so cute!
awww, thanks!
How about adding coconut flakes onto the pork rinds?
Yum! For those that do coconut it would be tasty I think!
❤
Thanks for another great video.
Do you get the Argentine shrimp at a grocer near you or do you have to order it online?
I buy mine at Costco! I have also seen them in the frozen seafood sections of local supermarkets.
I wonder if the shrimp would freeze well battered. (Raw)

can do with air fryer instead of deep fried?
Yes you can! Just watch them because they cook faster than you think!
Thanks you ! I love your recipe 🙏
Looks delicious. I think the Argentina shrimp 🍤 is great.
Me too! I could eat it all day!
I don’t see nutritional info and how many per servings ?? May I please have info ??😊
