Michael Keaton was always my favorite 90's live action Batman in both of his movies. He was actually balanced and not completely closed off in personality.
@@LarrySwishamane Actually Val was okay too cause he was playing a romantic Batman/Bruce Wayne in that one. George Clooney was pretty likable also and the one he played was actually in a relationship with a woman.
Didn’t look intimidating enough? Keaton Batman MAULS every other big screen Batman!!! He feel 80ft,got shot point blank ,and then proceeded to punch a guy over a car and throw another joker goon over the same car. He kicks a guy so hard he flips head over heels!!! He’s a low level meta human!!
although I liked his version of batman, I feel like they could've done more to differentiate batman and bruce, also I think they could have used keaton's height to their advantage (make Bruce look short but make batman look like a haunting creature)
Michael Keaton IS Batman! Birdman will blow your mind. I am looking forward to watching it again. The majority of the soundtrack is jazz drumming. It's nuts!
Tim Burton gave us the coolest looking batsuit and the best depiction of Gotham in live action. Say what you want about the 89 Batsuit but it's forever iconic. I don't care if Michael Keaton killed in his movies his Batman is iconic.
They really need to get far enough along with the character to get away from the origin story. Theyre beating Batmans origins to death. I want to see the brilliant and true detective we saw in Batman: The Animated Series
Michael Keaton is my favorite Batman. I do enjoy all of the others. But Keaton is where it's at for me. Jack Nicholson is my favorite Joker, and Michelle Pfeiffer is my Catwoman. The Burton movies were magical to see in cinemas.
Love Keaton. Most innovative and creator of modern dark psychological Batman, especially on the big screen. His performance in 89 is phenomenal. Returns phoned in more but given visibly less to do, it still works because he’s so charismatic and quirky and unique that he makes it interesting the minimal time he’s there. And in a glorified cameo in Flash he’s the reason we all are even there and even at 70 visibly out performed Affleck as the same character. Just way more likability, and as Batman more mystique, aura and intimidation. But no, Bob Battinson just gave by far the best ever on screen Batman performance. Most accurate but also most believable of who this guy would be in reality. I have them both on tier 1, slightly do to nostalgia for Keaton keeping him there but if Pattinson delivers just one more performance on par with TB and same amount of burden of screen time and narrative to carry than it’s him easily. But his performance is heavily rooted in Keaton and that’s admittedly his favorite Batman so he owes a lot to him.
Michael Keaton & Mark Hamill are also 2 of the few to have been part of Marvel & DC. Both are part of Batman's legacy & Spider-Man. At the point the Burton Batman movies came out the DCAU didn't start also the idea of Burton not using violence or people dying is pretty absurd
Having recently got the complete series of "Spider-Man" on Chinese Bootleg Blu-ray, I was surprised to hear The Joker's (albeit toned down) voice coming out of Hobgoblin. I can't believe that I never put that together when I watched the show when I was a teen.
@@Monkey_Boy9602 it's not really noticable plus Hobgoblin wasn't a prominent enemy of Spider-Man's. In the 90 Spectacular Spider-Man I don't think he was in that many episodes & I think he was introduced in Season 5 or so which is pretty late
I think if you started uploading less frequently, your views would jump. It's just too much for your subs to watch these long videos every couple of days, even though they're great. Keep up the good stuff though :)
Well Keaton isn’t entirely definitive because his Batman did kill in both movies. We don’t know how many died when he blew up the Axis Chemicals to destroy the Smile-X gas source. He did kill a couple of Joker goons in the cathedral and his Joker. In the second movie he kills some Penguin goons and the Penguin. But for this version it is fine that he kills. He still has some moral code and respect for law.
@@biguy617 well, technically…..it was the Batmobile that blowup Axis chemicals. And thank god or am I right, right? U remember his manual navigation skills on anything that wasn’t an open road solely familiar to him & him alone. I’m sure He probably back over one of those grenades or something. And u saw his shooting skills from the batwing? Ijs
Watching this as I go to bed, so, you know you'll get, atleast, 1 more view.... ... wait.... I've said that on another vid you... Nope. Never mind(I would have kept watching regardless lol) My first statements are still correct. ✌🏼🤘🏼
Keaton was good....... for Burton's version of the character. I can't see this Batman being trained by the League of Assassins. It's a decent universe, but far away from the Dark Knight that rules DC today. It was dark in a Burton, Victorian, Edwardian, 1880s London type of gothic. Btw Adam West was a complete Beefcake. He actually turned down James Bond.
jesus dude is this idiocracy? that watermark for patreon is waaaaayy over the top, ill legit unsuscribe if this is the new bs, its like watching cable tv.
He is doing his best making content and even seen him struggle with starting a patron asking for money for content almost close to closing his channel some times reuploads = more views also its his channel his choice just be grateful for the content

@@gibbs615 Val Kilmer didn’t have a personality? “The Bat signal is not a beeper. Try firemen. Less to take off. “

Michael Keaton has always been my favorite batman. He's ruthless he doesn't let his villains live like Christian bale and modern batman.
1 of my fav batman

Keaton is always batman to me.
Michael Keaton is Batman to me.
Could we get a dark knight returns with Keaton and Burton ? That would be great
I do wish we got a Gotham that feels like a dark comic book again instead of a realistic version of Gotham.
Michael Keaton IS Batman! Birdman will blow your mind. I am looking forward to watching it again. The majority of the soundtrack is jazz drumming. It's nuts!
I had total faith that Tim Burton picked the right guy to be Batman after he did Beetlejuice. I had faith of in Keaton too.
you were ahead of your time.
Awesome Vid!
Thank You very much for Your Work! Greetings from Germany

I wanted this Batman to be the Old Bruce in a Batman Beyond movie but I don’t think we will ever get it.

Keaton will always be number 1 batman
What made Michael Keaton my favorite Batman wa was my favorite Bruce Wayne
By far.
The only other one who even comes close is Affleck.

I fucking miss these vee videos 🔥🙌🏽
Upcoming flash movie?
Nice
Did you really just say " He's not on the verge of psychosis" ???? Bruce/Batman is literally the definition of a psychotic break !!! 😂😂
I’ve learned to treat vee like he’s in a psychotic episode of his own. U almost have too.
To me, he wasn't that good as Batman, he was just better than everyone else.
